Nice case but they will not accept a return or exchange. Very disappointing for an American company. Also prices are much cheaper online (not through F.B. or instagram)

The work is fairly easy but the wages are extremely low. A good place to work if you are a teenager and the HR department is bad. If you are looking for a long term career, Royal Case is not recommended. This company fully takes advantage of the poverty crisis in the counties it resides in, yet owners of the company makes millions from low wage workers.
I wouldn t recommend this place to work unless you are absolutely desperate to find work in hard times.

We have worked with Royal Case for 10 years and I would 100% recommend them. When we were just starting out, Royal Case was the only manufacturer that was willing to work with us. The times when we have had an issue with production, shipping, etc they always work hard to resolve it and make it right. Not sure you can ask much more from a manufacturer or a business.

Royal Case Company Is an excellent moulder & fabrication company for wholesale & OEM design / private labeling of polymer cases, boxes, profiles & ballistic Nylon cases & product. We recommend them because they will provide personal service, design if needed, and competitive pricing. Royal Case is the worst company to work with. They pursued my company's business for over a year. I finally gave them a chance. The sales rep made promises on where the products were going to be manufactured and it was not China.
Then after a terribly long wait he admitted the were from their factory in China. They also cheapened many parts and fabric. They were asked to make it exactly the same.
They simply did not do what they said and promised.
Tried to contact the owner of the company and he never responded.
I would never recommend this company to anyone and will never work with them again
Total waste of time.
A response to the below response by the owner is: Yes its totally custom he is correct. Thats why we were so upset. They lied about where it produced and finally came clean. They used used inferior material after we asked them many times to make it exactly like our current product. They said from the start that it would not be a problem at all. They tried in many ways to not build them they we asked and used inferior material time and time again.

Great quality AT/WT Cases that use the best roller wheels in the industry. Excellent Customer service and pricing as well. Highly recommended.
