Royal Case is the worst company to work with. They pursued my company's business for over a year. I finally gave them a chance. The sales rep made promises on where the products were going to be manufactured and it was not China.
Then after a terribly long wait he admitted the were from their factory in China. They also cheapened many parts and fabric. They were asked to make it exactly the same.
They simply did not do what they said and promised.
Tried to contact the owner of the company and he never responded.
I would never recommend this company to anyone and will never work with them again
Total waste of time.
A response to the below response by the owner is: Yes its totally custom he is correct. Thats why we were so upset. They lied about where it produced and finally came clean. They used used inferior material after we asked them many times to make it exactly like our current product. They said from the start that it would not be a problem at all. They tried in many ways to not build them they we asked and used inferior material time and time again.
