The technicians who install the tub did a really poor quality job. First time the tub squeaks. Second time the tub is not leveled. Third time they used the wrong tub skirt and did not chalk/seal properly. Fourth time they came and left and refused to do any work like they promise would do under warranty because they used the wrong color tub skirt and also poor workmanship for uneven cutting. I would personally not use them but royal baths is the contractor for the builder of my new house and really don't have a choice. If you do have a choice to select your tub vendor or contractor I would not recommend royal baths.

This company never calls you back. They installed a bathroom vanity with sinks in my master. Within the first month it cracked, and they will not return any of my calls or correspondence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I recently had a custom home that Royal Baths had committed to provide countertops for. I had my client choose their Royal Granite product at the design center and she based the remainder of the material selections in the bathrooms off of matching the color of the countertops. The day I went to schedule the measure their sales rep told me that they would not honor their bid or their commitment to provide service for the job. We had already painted the bathroom, installed shower tile, and flooring and bought plumbing fixtures to go with the countertops. My client was very upset. I only had 2 jobs left to finish with this company but they would not honor their bids because they had got to busy with their other clients. I have never written an online review but because of how my client felt when this happened I thought it was a good idea.

Great Prices. Service. And great deadline deliver products.

This place is a rip off. We paid for a new Jacuzzi tub but they gave us a refurbished tub instead. We have to take them to court.

Wait till you use it, very soon you will soon see bacteria deposit in the whirlpool system, cheaply made and bad customer service. I did not use soap in the whirpool, just used for soaking. Unbelievable there is black deposits, see picture.

The guy that answers the phone seems bored with his job but once you get through to a sale rep its all good. Very knowledgeable about the products they offer. The sales associate was a very nice girl that always returned phone calls and emails..
