Attending the Silver Swans class is the highlite of my week. I passed the RAD grade 1 to 5 examinations when a child very many years ago in Rhodesia, and I am so enjoying the opportunity to once again have 'ballet' in my life. Thank you so much.

The faculty of education are abysmal. Their marking of assessments is in no way fair and as soon as a student points out that anything about the programme needs improving, they just do everything in their power to make the student feel like it s their fault. There s huge negative repercussions for speaking up about all the things that are wrong about their programmes which stops other students speaking out. They just give special treatment to the students that give them nothing but praise, and there s nothing subtle about that favouritism. It seems like it is always the same students invited to photo shoots, invited to meetings, given extra opportunities. I was so looking forward to starting the BABE programme at RAD, it was a dream come true, but sadly it hasn t turned out the way I thought it would.

This is a perfect place with perfect mentors to help my child perform very well in his field of interest. One of the best things is responsible and helpful staff.

I didn't know it yet..i'm just an admirer of the great dance education project this school has.

When you have an over 40 mark discrepancy between a students exam results from one year to the next (and that student had improved in their latest exam) and the latest exam results have been marked by an examiner who is marking their 1st exam ever and a student who is nowhere near as good sits the same vocational level as the afore mentioned student but is marked by a different examiner and beats them by over 25 marks.....and when this is repeated across all grades.....and the RAD wipes their hands of any procedural fairness despite the obvious failings in the RADs examiner training and inability to score marks according to a marking schedule, I have to say the RAD has really lost it. They have become a complete joke - if the RAD is unable to institute a marking schedule and properly train their examiners to mark consistently they are a failed institution. Whoever is running this joke of an operation should be removed.

We have two children ( 6 and 9 ) at the RAD and we are 100 % happy and so are our children obviously. It has been 3 years now and each year, we are delighted with the teachers ( Chris and Mr Lewis this year ). They know our children so well that each time they give us a feedback, we completely recognise them. The teachers are great in terms of advices and most important : they are realistic and fair. What I like the most at the RAD is that every member of staff teaches rigour, respect and that is not incompatible with having fun ! My children always have the choice to attend or not and guess what ? They would never miss any lesson ! I would recommend without hesitating.

Because of these guys I won top dancer award in my college competition. This dance studio is amazing in all aspects.

we had very bad experience in RAD street dance for kids at beginning level with the teacher named Chris never thought the teacher for children can be terrible like him very rude never has patience for children and never listen other people speaking, Chirs punishment for young kids just because they not follow him very well, he send one boy out of class and told his parents very loud he is very naughty and disturb with the poor child and all the other parents in the waiting room.He isolate my daughter sited on the chair watched all the other children dance and said my daughter not following he told us with my daughter and the other parents my daughter doesn t follow refuse our daughter continue for the class, he trampled on my daughter pride and confidence. The activity class should build kids confidence not destroy And the class named beginning for age 4-6! Children not robot ! We are so disappointed, lots street dance class for kids we came here just because here is RAD the best dance school in the UK, but we meet the worst teacher!
