Amazing! Ted Lothstein was recommended to me by my step mom when I was arrested for my DUI last October. I loved how he gave it to me straight. I walked in feeling his office hopeless and the likelihood of beating my case seemed impossible. I left his office feeling I was in good hands and knowing he was going to do everything in his power to help me threw this difficult process. He was able to win not only my ALS hearing but the actual DUI charge! I will be forever grateful for his service and recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a bad spot with the law.

In June of 2011 I was arrested for DWI an attorney friend recommended Attorney Lothstein and am I glad he did. Due to Ted asking the correct questions we won the DMV hearing. Then in February 2012 at the Concord District Court Ted was able to negotiate a Negligent Driving plea. This meant only a ten day loss of license and no criminal record!

I obviously met Ted under very embarrassing circumstances. I was arrested around Christmas for a DUI in Bedford and ended up having a breathalyzer that tested at .15. Right away I called several lawyers just hoping someone would tell me I had a case. Before I even received my police report, I had lawyers asking me to come in, talk to them, they felt confident in defending me. Which every phone call sounded like a salesmen. After a week or so, I had calmed down and had done some research online and found Lothstein Guerriero. I made my decision on their reviews and the fact that they commented on responses. I sent a message online and Ted called me the next day. Over the phone he sounded pleasant and nothing like the salesmen I had heard previously. I told him my side of the story and all he said was that he needed both sides. He asked me to come in and discuss the case after reading the police report. I felt that he was going to be honest and he was. He told me there s never a guarantee he can give for a win. My license was suspended three days before the DMV ALS hearing. We went to the ALS hearing and won. I felt great when I walked into the DMV office and got my license back ten minutes after the hearing. A couple months later we decided to go to trial because he was able to have the breathalyzer suppressed. We won again! I drove away with no fines and only a total of three days license suspension because of Ted Lothstein, his staff, their legal knowledge and experience. Highly recommended! Please call because he ll at least give it to you straight!
