We have been very happy with Roya! Our account manager is very helpful in getting updates done very quickly, which is great considering our frequent policy changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We love our website layout and the ability to integrate check in forms on our site (which are then emailed to us after the client fills them out). We were also able to use all our own photos which makes our site unique. Our paypal link is also very convenient, as we are able to have donations given through our non-profit.
I just contracted with Roya to revamp my existing sites (for two practices) to the latest standards of Google and general rankings etc. I had the pleasure of working with Jill and her team on these two projects. Communication was easy, they are always available to help you and are great in getting back to you next business day if you email them after-hours. So far, the websites look great. I had a very bad experience with Brandon Coombs, National Sales Manager at ROYA. He stole my credit card information provided to the company to pay for the rent of his house. He was fired but we are still at a legal dispute to get our money back from the company that accepted the chages without my authorization.

Roya hasn t been able to explain or show any of the work that they continue to charge for. I would never recommend.
