We used to go to Roxy 3 or 4 times a month until we moved a bit further away. Each time we go back now (2 or 3 times a year) it always has something new to try with no slip in quality. Great drinks, great food, great staff. Brunch is my fave but lunch and dinner are great. One of the best Happy Hours in Sac as well.
Visited the first time in several years...menu changed and did not think of it as highly this time.
Every thing about this place is awesome. Great brunch and great drinks. If you aren't sure what to get, just ask the staff. They're helpful and know their restaurant well.

This place was great. Quiet Sunday night got us special attention and a great meal. The steak salad was generous and fresh. Zucch appetizer was light and crispy. Small but good wine selection rounded out the meal. No cobbler available, so skipped dessert... Will return to try other items!!
The food was excellent. Our group especially enjoyed the lamb meatballs, salmon dinner and the beef short ribs. Atmosphere was pleasant even when very busy. This restaurant has become one of our favorites for visitors. The manager provides excellent customer service.
Food was pretty bad for the price point and location. I was one of the only people not wearing a button up shirt, and expected a classy spot. The hostess was very professional and dressed very well, but the food wouldn't have passed at a fast food joint. Fries were soggy garbage (if you can't fry potatoes, why serve food at all?). They serve zucchini chips, which are unseasoned/burned zucchini shavings, not crispy or meaty zucchini chunks. No breading, just a huge plate of overcooked squash flakes. Fried chicken sando was void of flavor. But the water came in a glass bottle, so it must be a fancy place They were really busy, so either people have terrible taste, or location is everything... both?!

Presentation was wonderful and the staff was wonderful and the bathrooms were clean... The food was not good at all. We shared the guacamole and chips. It was plain and not seasoned well at all. The short rib dish was very small and extremely over priced for what was recieved and not seasoned well. The salad was not edible. It was bitter and had nearly no dressing. We both got very sick and had a complete gut flush. We both had the guacamole and chips and we both tried the horrible salad. They did give us a 1 free salad for the next time where as it should have been taken off the bill. I was already in the bathroom getting sick when the bill came. We will not be back.

I would have given them a 5 but I can't. We visit quite often and my order always has this potato "cake". Today, I asked for a portion of roasted potatoes on my order BUT was told I had to pay for a side order as they do not substitute here. hrumph :-(.
Back to this potato "cake" . I'm guessing it was last night's mashed potatoes. It was a round glop of mashed potato that was grill browned one side in a nice little hockey puck size. gross. Tasted old also. 3 of us at our table left them on the plate untouched.
My suggestion to the owner or chef is dump the potato cake and go with a choice of ( traditional ) potatoes.
One of my preferred places for quality American food. there was fast, efficient, and courteous service. this place has a good design.

Had a business dinner here in a Monday. Nice venue, great special happy hour on Mondays. Had the zucchini chips and enchilada, both were delicious. Would recommend to friends.

Eggs Benedict!! Ham and the Hollandaise sauce was delicious. Beautiful presentation. Our waiter was fully attentive to our group of 9. Hard to decide because many menu items sounded good. Never a disappointment at Roxy for Breakfast.
Took my family here for brunch. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Food was ok, I wouldn't say it was worth the high price, especially being in Sacramento. I had the tri tip benedict. The tri tip was over cooked in my opinion so it made the dish a bit dry. The donut hole was very underwhelming, not worth the hype.

It was o.k. My pork ribs were so so. But l'm comparing with Bandera's which had the best pork ribs I ever had. The meat just fell off the bone. My wife said her short rib meat was tough. The service and drinks were fine.

I made a reservation here well in advance for our wedding anniversary tonight. I just got a call from the restaurant informing me they are canceling our reservation because they have to do some maintenance on the restaurant. This is a Friday night during the holidays so we are screwed! Wow!

I've only been here for breakfast. They have a really big menu, and a full bar. The service has been good, but out of the three times I've been there, I've never been impressed with the food. None of the dishes have been delicious.

Luv Luv luuuuv!!! The Elvis Burger was 2 die for!!! I love a good burger and I can never finish the whole thing so, I will take 1/2 2 go. I will take it home but never eat the other 1/2. Let me just say, that I ate 1/2 of my Elvis Burger at the resturant and took the other 1/2 home. I infact got outta bed at 11:30 pm and was craving me sum Elvis!!!! Oh my geeeeeeez!! Its even delish cold!!!!! The caramelized onions......oh!!! Foodgasm!! Fantabulous food and service was on point!!!

I love that I am always remembered here, friendly service, great ambiance. I did have to send my food back because it was cold, once. The server got right on it and addressed the problem, just a minor hiccup.

Good food. Nice ambiance. Extremely slow good delivery. The waiter greeted us quickly but was generally absent after that. Eventually, 3 meals showed up after ~45 minutes. We waited another 10 for the 4th one. By then, the manager noticed the delays and comped the appetizer. Thank you but I won't go out of my way to go there again.

The place looks very upscale and is well kept. The ambiance is more on the romantic side, but definitely bring your friends for a happy hour, as it's worth a try. We stood at the reception desk waiting for someone to acknowledge us and take us to a table, but the time it took for someone to do that was noticeably long. It wasn't horrendous, but long enough for me to give a weird look. To be fair, it was somewhat closer to closing time, and it was skeleton staff hour, so it was understandable.
The food is really awesome. The zucchini chips (which I paid for) are a must have. They were lightly breaded and fried to resemble wafer sized Pik-Niks. The lamb meatballs were amazingly juicy and flavorful, with just enough red sauce to coat every bite. The lamb burger entree was good, although not as impressive as the tapas style appetizer. In its own right it was quite juicy, flavorful, and accompanied with some really great shoestring garlic fries, if you're looking for a medium, ask for something more well, as they tend to cook to the rare side. I don't mind, but I'm sure someone will.
The staff is super nice and attentive, and they do Buca-di-beppo style birthday greetings by bringing other staff to celebrate. Overall a great experience
I just had breakfast today and the atmosphere was great the building looked cool outside patio was nice food came out quick and service was great all the food was great ...except for the eggs Benedict i feel they messed up with this one the potatoes cakes instead of English muffin was horrible it made the plate one texture, soft and mush to much ham and the ham was more like packaged sandwich meat basically it was mashed potatoes with sandwich meat on top the eggs were poached very well but the sauce didn't seem made to order more like gravy kept in a heated sauce pan all the other food that was ordered was great jist do not order the Roxy Benedict it is a bad rendition on all levels will eat there again but not the eggs Benedict
