I have been doing business with Rowley Company since 1989. They have continued to meet and exceed my expectations in products I use for my business, their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable, and their shipping time is excellent. They continue to add new products that keep up with the trends. For me, they are just about one stop shopping.

This place is a total joke. They keep employees over 2 and 3 hours to fill orders because they are short handed and will not hire. They allow racism in the work place along with bullying. The pay is very low. They threaten you with your job if no one shows up and they want you to stay and pull the slack. If you give a business like this your money you are supporting a racist and bully company and helping them succeeded.

They didn t use correct address info and ignored the quantity I ordered. The only option available is a pack of 10 items. The first two times they shipped the item, they sent a quantity of 1, not 10. The first box got lost so they sent out a second on the house. Both orders were incorrect when I finally received them weeks later. It took me walking my business complex to finally find where boxes were dropped off. Shipping department never put my suite number on the package. Didn t happen just once. It happened several times and each time caused a severe delay in getting customer their drapes. Customer service would read the correct address to me but the package wouldn t include suite number. I have pics of two boxes arriving same day but with different address info. Since the first two orders were wrong, I started a new order and guess what ? Shipping department didn t put suite number again. FedEx ended up delivering another 2 boxes. One with suite number & one without. No one from the company could tell me what happened. I assume that because I received no return email or call when I complained. They shipped the first two boxes with the incorrect quantity (there isn t an option on website to send just one so a worker had to put that order together and somebody at Rowley told him he did a good job) All while my customer is mad and more than a month goes by where the job wasn t finished. Not a good experience and there are toooooo many other options out there. I ll never buy from them again because I don t know if I ll get the correct quantity and no guarantee that their shipping department will put correct address

The manager Teresa is a horrible person. Don't buy anything from this company. United Supply Company is so much better. I have lost over $700 dollars in profit because of their mistakes. I've placed two orders and both times they have messed them up. My client was going to pay for shipping on hardware i purchased, because it was overnight. I gave them my clients Fed Ex account number several times, In writing and verbally. I repeated myself at least 3 times. I was still charged for shipping both times. They were not willing to help me with this, even though it was their mistake both times.

I ordered gorgeous, wood finials from their Finestra brand and beautiful, metal finials from their Aria brand for my clients and loved them so much I just ordered them for my living room and kitchen! They were helpful with every question I had and shipped quickly. I can't recommend them enough!
