They didn t use correct address info and ignored t...

They didn t use correct address info and ignored the quantity I ordered. The only option available is a pack of 10 items. The first two times they shipped the item, they sent a quantity of 1, not 10. The first box got lost so they sent out a second on the house. Both orders were incorrect when I finally received them weeks later. It took me walking my business complex to finally find where boxes were dropped off. Shipping department never put my suite number on the package. Didn t happen just once. It happened several times and each time caused a severe delay in getting customer their drapes. Customer service would read the correct address to me but the package wouldn t include suite number. I have pics of two boxes arriving same day but with different address info. Since the first two orders were wrong, I started a new order and guess what ? Shipping department didn t put suite number again. FedEx ended up delivering another 2 boxes. One with suite number & one without. No one from the company could tell me what happened. I assume that because I received no return email or call when I complained. They shipped the first two boxes with the incorrect quantity (there isn t an option on website to send just one so a worker had to put that order together and somebody at Rowley told him he did a good job) All while my customer is mad and more than a month goes by where the job wasn t finished. Not a good experience and there are toooooo many other options out there. I ll never buy from them again because I don t know if I ll get the correct quantity and no guarantee that their shipping department will put correct address
