This is the worst office. The staff is rude, they don't answer the phone. Even during Covid I have had to go to the office to even make an appointment. I have repeatedly run out of my thyroid medication because I cannot get an appointment.
By far the best Doctor and Staff. Excellent assistance & support. I m so happy they are in Oakland Park.

Called multiple times to reschedule appoint. No one answers phones. Also left a voicemail at the request of the office. NEVER recieved a call back. Got a text reminder of appoint, again tried office with no assistance. Then got another text, the Doctor will not be in the day of orginal appoint. This is not the first time I had this issue. Will not be back to Rowan Tree
Will Kristin at the Front Desk PLEASE get a better attitude!!! OMG!!! So cold hearted so unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have been a patient here for years and the Front Desk person or persons have changed several times but she is the Absolute Worst. Please have her find a better attitude or find someone else who is nicer . All my interactions with her either in person or on the phone Horrible. She was even rude to company that was trying to help me with my meds copay they called me back and said she told them she was too busy to fax the paperwork back to them and was also very rude. All around unhappy rude lady.
The only hesitation in writing this review is that my doctor gets too busy. Rowan Tree staff are great, and Dr. Jennifer Bartzak is by far the best doctor I've ever had in my life.
I have been a patient of Dr. Davidson for years, he is the best doctor I have ever had. Unfortunately the previous receptionist Tania who was sweet and caring and wonderful , was replaced by this cold and uncaring lady, Kristen, who always gives me a hard time when I call to the point where I considered finding another doctor. She seems to act like she's the doctor, I ask to have the doctor return my call and she wants to know why and what's the problem, which is personal and confidential, somehow the doctor never returns my calls even though she says she gave him the message when I call again. it is a shame, she has no business in being a receptionist, she should consider another career, perhaps working for TSA or border patrol.
The front desk lady is not friendly at all, everything I go there for my appointments to deal with her she gets annoyed when I ask her something to her, I called to request a referral by fax from my doctor and she answer was they don't do fax because is too much of a hassle. I like my doctor very much but that lady needs to change the unpleasant attitude.
I was seeking for a place to become a new patient and my first interaction with Cristy was very unpleasant. She told me the only way to schedule an appointment would be online. So I asked if that would be the only way because at that moment I did not have access to a computer. She did not even say yes or gave me another option, instead she gave me the sound uhum and hung up the phone. I called back asking to speak with the supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor. Definitely going to look for a different facility, and I don't recommend this place, clearly there's a lack of costumer service skills.
Not only is my doctor (Dr. Bartczak) the best, but so is the staff...which is a rare find.
