Wonderful staff great and knowledgeable doctors family environment I recommend it to anyone

The females receptionist front desk staff take forever to answer the phone . During 2 days During 24 hour I couldn't get in touch with nobody or either make appointment or talk to the doctor .when on 3 day finally I was able to get in touch with somebody one unfriendly female receptionist notice my voice put me back on hold without telling hold on . I have to call my insurance company the day to be able to talk to a receptionist they answer my insurance company right away I was in the second line I confront them about this situation and she the receptionist answer me with attitude I don't time for this mentioned that I miss my appointment didn't call I did call but sinse that don't answer the phone I needed medical record for another provide I haven't able to get . The customer service is horrible in order to get what you need you have to make a appointment because you can't come as walking and how I'm able to make a appointment is the female receptionist don't answer the phone @ me. The doctor is good but the female receptionist staff need to retrained.

Went for a Covid PCR test for travel yesterday morning. This facility was immaculate. From opening promptly to the professional manner of the staff, I was very impressed.

I know I shouldn't expect less but nowadays good customer service and professionalism are not standard by which everyone operates sadly.

Finally, to the young man in reception, you are doing a fantastic job at creating a great first impression.

Dr Anele is amazing, I had a great first experience. I felt very relaxed and comfortable during the visit and she explained everything in detail. The staff were very courteous. Great service overall!

This clinic is nothing short of spectacular! The physicians are not only professional and very skilled, but they are also genuinely kind and spend that extra bit of time to make sure that my treatment is as comprehensive as possible. The facility is always extremely clean and organized, the staff are friendly and helpful, and overall, I feel like I am treated like family. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend!

I have been visiting this facility since it was opened and I m very pleased with the service provided by the staff and doctors. Once I left the clinic without my prescription and doctor Slezynger was very courteous and promptly to send them immediately to the pharmacy. Also they are open late, making visits very convenient to people who work or don t have much time during the day.

Love the facility is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and doctors as well, but the most important is that you can explain your concerns and the doctor will listen and take their time to address your concerns.. I just love Dr. Anelle Slezinger she is very attentive and her voice is so calm that you will trust her at once, she really cares for her patients.
