Route 23 Honda Review

Very pleasant experience working with route 23 Honda dealership. The facility is impressive and staff is exceptional. Special shout-out to Junior Cabral for going above and beyond to make sure all our concerns were addressed. Thanks to him the deal and formalities went smooth. He kept the communication between us and his bosses transparent, so we were assured that no undue charges or hidden fees were put up. Thank you Route 23 Honda, we will happily refer you to our friends and family.

Ron Siegel has gone above and beyond to help my dad and I with leasing our vehicles. He was extremely helpful in the details of the vehicle and made the entire experience pleasant. We have been really lucky to have him be our sales consultant and really appreciate his wonderful service!

We went to Honda just to look around. When we arrived there we were greeted by Junior Cabral. We must say he was the best sales Rep ever!!! The patients he had with us was remarkable. Not only was he kind but he was as helpful as anyone can be. He took his time to listen and to help us find the car that was perfect me and my family. I give this dealership 5+ stars if I could! The service that me and my family received was awesome, timely and considerate. Our sales representative Matthew Smiths was very informative and understanding to our needs and wants. David Hershey helped my family and I understand the financing process and presented us with options that were comfortable to our needs. David also made us feel a bit more comfortable with trusting that he would help us find the best deal. Tristan Jorge was definitely the icing on the cake while he explored banks that would not only approve our transaction but offer us the best rates! We just had the best car buying experience ever at the Honda dealership on route 23. We walked in and Daniel Kruse was happy to help us out. We were looking the third row seating in a vehicle, so he suggested the Honda Pilot. This car was the perfect match for us. Dan was very knowledgeable and not pushy one bit. It IS the most relaxing car buying experience we ever had. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen and the price was right! The best part is we were in and out in a little over 4 hours. Daniel was polite, happy, and just chill. The car is awesome, so many great options and it has everything we want in a car especially SPACE! So, thank you Danny for making the car buying experience an enjoyable one! We are so happy we choose Honda!

I had the pleasure of meeting Junior Cabral Saturday, while shopping with my son for his first car. We knew this was going to be a great experience from the moment we stepped into the office and met him. Junior was beyond helpful, and extremely patient (as it was close to closing time.) Not once did I feel pressured, or rushed at all. Actually, quite the opposite. He took the time to show my son every single feature there was to see. It s not often I leave a car dealership happy, but this time I certainly did. I would highly recommend going to see Junior if you are in the market for a great car, at a great price. He s an honest, really nice guy.. I m so glad my son had such a great experience buying his first car thanks to Junior!!

Just bought a Civic EX from Danny at Route 23 Honda in Pompton Plains.
Had a really good experience. Danny met us at the door, spoke with us a while and in less then 10 min we were taking our test drive.
When we got back we talked numbers. He went to the manager and got us a good deal.
Will be taking car home in the morning, very pleased.
It s been 10 years since I bought a car at Honda of Route 23. Nice to see the place is keep spotless and the staff is as pleasant and helpful as ever.
