Do not buy or rent a home with this Realty Group. My family and I have lived in our current home for 12 years. When we finally decide to move out and find a new home we call Angelica Colon. We explain what we re looking for and she finds us a home for rent that was perfect, after filling us with excitement and we tell her we want the property, we contact her a few days later to continue the process and after hours with no reply she tells us that she gave it to another couple and allowed them to send in the application. This was extremely unprofessional. She tells us she found the perfect property for our family but then sells it to another family. Terrible experience with Century 21 JR Gold Team Realty.
Johnny Rojas is very unprofessional. Our realtor submitted not one, but TWO offers for a house. This guy just completely ignored us and did not respond to our offer. If you're not going to accept, at least have the courtesy to respond and let us know. Rather than just ignore us and have us waiting for nothing. Truly unprofessional and rude broker
This company has not stopped harassing me about a home I don't even own.
If an offer is put on the table at least have the respect to answer to the offer. Not just move on to an open house then ignore our offer.
