Really nice events venue with many different stages each with their own unique charms and acoustics, also have studio spaces and courses in music production and other media based courses

A great gig venue with multiple spaces for different acts only 2 mins away from the tube. The one issue we had when at the love supreme festival was that the catering was being done by an external company who managed serving this number of people quite badly

A really great intimate venue to see a band. Just the right size to have atmosphere but not be crushed. Nowhere is very far from the stage. Calm and laid back with a cool vibe. Getting to and from via public transport is a breeze.

I've seen some great bands in terrible venues and some terrible bands in great venues but luckily for my first visit to Roundhouse I got the perfect combination

The venue is a really cool space with a big circular stage and a weird pointed room which does wonders for the acoustics although if you don't manage to grab a good spot your view of the stage can be ruined buy the supporting pillars. Still, I'd rather that than the roof fall down! The bar was located at the back of the venue so a bit tricky to get to from the middle but ideal if you don't mind hanging towards the back of the press.

Music and events venue, less than 5 minutes walk from Chalk Farm Tube Station (Northern Line).

A variety of events are held at the Roundhouse, from Rock & Roll musicians, to corporate dinners, charity events and awards ceremony s.

Great venue especially for music and Circus. The rooftop beach and outside film was a bit rubbish- over priced and they put an interval in the film to get us to buy food and drinks partway through. Not good mm

Need to be right near the front standing or on the upper tier to appreciate the musicians. If you hover at the back of the standing area near the bars, the bands get drowned out by the chatter.

We watched Bohemian Rhapsody here the other day. The setup of the venue was a lot of fun with the bean bags, sand and beach bar feel. The rain started pouring just before the show, but luckily the venue does have a tent-like cover.

I had two minor dislikes: the rain was splattering at me as it was pouring down the sides of the tent, and also the loos were a bit far back inside the building. So if you don t to miss any of the film but you had some drinks, you really have to run for it if you want to get back quickly.

I have great memories of seeing De La Guarda at the Roundhouse (several times) some years ago, the venue was great for that spectacular, immersive performance. However, seeing Young Fathers there last week, the venue didn't work so well. The acoustics didn't come close to matching their performance at the Royal Festival Hall last summer, the soulful bits especially were just drowned out. Worse was the one-hour long wait to retrieve my coat after (and there were people behind me!) No apologies from meagre sraff, no response to a written complaint. My advice: don't take a coat, obviously, and consider if the artist you're going to see will work in this unusual venue.

Top marks to the staff at the Roundhouse! I had standing tickets to see Richard Hawley, but due to a knee injury needed to ask for a chair. Isabelle (Isabella?), along with Gareth, went to a huge amount of trouble, both over the phone and via e-mail, to change our tickets to seated ones. The whole evening was wonderful from start to finish, Richard Hawley was brilliant of course, but the evening was !00% perfect by smiling friendly staff, brilliant security, great disabled access, the stunning building and amazing sound. If you've never been here before you're in for a treat! PS the nearest tube is most definitely Chalk Farm and NOT Camden.

Brilliant - With a guest who struggles to get about, the venue and staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, swapped our standing tickets for seated at a moment's notice, lead us past queues and showed us to lifts etc. I can't thank them more for their care.

This was the first time I had visited this venue and i wasn't disappointed. We went to see Mike Shinoda's first solo tour. The layout is easy to navigate and we were so close to the stage even when standing in the middle of the floored area. I would be keen to visit more acts here in the future as it was a great night. There is also lots of bars surrounding the venue as being in Camden you are never to far away from food and drink establishments, which is great to head to before the doors open at the roundhouse.

One of the greatest nights of my life. I was so lucky all those years ago to win tickets to see the foo fighters thru the band themselfs when they played the iTunes festival. The roundhouse is a amazing venue and nowhere are you far from the stage. I was so lucky to see my favorite band here. A special moment being finding myself at the end of the bar that dave ghrol himself was stood on top of as he was playing stacked actors. You get the chance to see a band here you go. Best live music venue ever.

A fantastic live performance from the Hot 8 and Kinetika Bloco - but the whole experience was ruined by a terribly run cloakroom. The cloakroom is not cheap, but we were happy to pay to keep it safe. HOWEVER, on going to collect our belongings, we had to wait in a hot, stuffy queue with a couple of hundred other people. Security informed us the cloakroom staff finished their shift at 11pm...just as the gig finished, so there was no one there to serve the crowd.
Having emailed customer services to express how ridiculous this is, the response was quite rude and didn't acknowledge any problem with the service. I will not be returning to the venue.
I missed my last train due to waiting in the queue for 2 hours to retrieve my belongings. I can't have been the only one.
