My wife and I hired Rouillard Law for a small civil lawsuit. It took them 19 months to put the case together and when it was finally time to serve, our lawyer figured out the defendants were already clients of theirs. Because of this they were no longer able to help us. After 19 months and a significant amount of money we were left with nothing and only 5 months to rebuild a case and serve the defendants. (as we only had 2 years to sue). We hired a new firm who had the job done within two months and half the cost.
