I had the privilege to talk to Corey Dean. He is very easy to talk to. Knowledgeable in the field. He explained and delivered great service. Definitely someone I would recommend over and over.

If I could rate them a negative I would!!!! Shame on me for not reading these reviews before even attempting to do any kind of business with ROSSMAN REALTY because they have obviously done the exact same thing to many many more people !!! After applying for a property With 2 adults ($60 each) and having to contact them numerous times, I was then informed that the property was given to another applicant.... but less then a week later I was contacted and informed that the applicant backed out of the property but I will still NOT be approved and to keep looking on there website (The same thing they keep telling EVERYONE) while they put the property back online and continue to collect application/Money for this same property!!! It s absolutely DISGUSTING they way these people run this place!! Casey Brake is rude, unresponsive and disrespectful to anyone she comes in contact with!!!! SAVE YOURSELVES AND DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at the vacation home Villa Lakefront, I would definitely go back. When we arrived the house was very clean, plenty of towels, beach towels, and the bed is comfy! The view is spectacular especially the sunsets. The pool is beautiful and clean it s just an all-around wonderful stay. Our Property Manager, Caroline was great to work with, friendly and we would definitely go back!

I have had only excellent experiences with Rossman Realty. I recently leased an apartment & have zero problems. Vivien did a walk thru today, it went fantastic.

This place should not be in business! They have a big turn over of staff and nobody ever seems to know what is going on. I think it's funny to look at all of the recent 5 star reviews praising the same employees and this makes me think that they're paying for reviews, which would not surprise me. I have heard the way they talk about tenants as well as property owners and it's not good. I have used them on the tenant side in the past and been burned quite badly by their lies. As a property owner, I would not let anyone in this company manage my property. They say that they will go and check on it and they don't. They only pay attention when they're threatened with legal action. There are way too many other real estate and property management companies that will actually be honest and this is definitely not on that list.

Working with the Rossman Property Management team has truly been a pleasure. Highly recommend this team for all your property Management needs!

Relaxing getaway
Our vacation home, The Breezy Palm, was spacious with a great set up and pool. We and our kids thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would stay here again if we end up back in the area. The house was well stocked with beach towels and other beach items which was awesome. You can't get that at a hotel! We'll never stay at a hotel again. Caroline, the property manager was great and answered any questions we had. Overall we'd highly recommend booking your vacation with this company!

The worst place ever. Never returned my money for credit app like they said ..its more to it,I would never look with them again

I couldn t agree more with the last post! We rented a house for the month of February 2021 from them ($5k plus) what a story. Had to go and purchase traps to reduce the rat population! We can still hear the rats in the attic! The linens hadn t been cleaned. Pool was dirty with black mold and it wasn t till the second week that it was cleaned and running. We left for an overnight as pest control, carpet cleaning, well company did their thing. The carpets stunk and were black. Don t want to post pictures as it could make some people pass out. They believe a 500.00 refund is appropriate for all are grief. I can understand that things happen, employees don t clean, and the outfit drops the ball. Why I m posting is because of how they responded....beware!!!

I have been dealing with Rossman for several years now and only have good things to say about their services. Very dependable, reliable and responsive which gives me peace of mind knowing that they are there.
