Thanks to my friend, I know this place. I visited the clinic on Dec 2020. The service is really great. But until yesterday, I called to make an appointment with psychologist LiLy, she got full, so the receptionist asked me to make an appointment with Catherine with the fee $210. And I'm ok with that. But unfortunately, things happened, I could not make it today, I called to the receptionist prior 4 hours before the appointment and want to reschedule next time. She's rude and asked me to pay $210 for cancelling full appointments. I asked why I have to pay without seeing her. Because in some places, It usually just pay for the cancellation fee. And she still asked me to pay for full fee and hang up the phone. Then, I called back again and this time she told me to pay $40 for the cancellation fee. I'm extremely not happy with the service here anymore, that used to be great but not now. Of course, I will pay for the cancellation fee but definitely will not come back again.

I find the treatments here very healing. The dome treatment especially, it's very relaxing & a great way to detox.
The staff are extremely friendly & supportive. I highly recommend Juliana as she is caring & compassionate & great with accupuncture, massage, cupping etc.

Highly recommended for customer service. Staff are very friendly and attentive, and put every effort into making sure that the experience is comfortable and relaxing. They took extra care to explain the treatments and happily answered all my questions (having a science background I'm naturally critical on how the mechanisms of the treatments work).

I've had 4x dome sessions and 3x deep wave treatments, and aside from the detoxing and tension relief, I have to say it was thoroughly relaxing - I fell asleep in each session! I can't say that this has consistently happened when I get massages. What I love about the dome is that it only covers the body, whilst the face is outside the dome. So unlike saunas, I can actually breath normal temp air! The deep wave treatments have also done wonders for my posture. I'd been doing stretches and exercises to fix my posture but gains have been slow because I keep falling back into the habit of slouching at my desk. I still do the exercises, but ever since coupling it with the deep wave treatments, I'm not tempted to slouch as much as I used to.

20 mins of EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) workout equivalent to 2 hours at the gym. New way of workout and taking fitness to the next level. Beautiful tranquil clinics with top notch, state of the art machines. Give it a go everyone, you'll be amazed what Rosewood Medispa got to offer. Very happy with my very first EMS workout. Experienced trainer to guide you in achieving your fitness goal. Will try Iyashi Dome and remedial massages next.

So unique to find such a calm, tranquil and relaxing space out in the suburbs. The clinic is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. I ve had a number of different treatments here and can speak highly of all the services and of the team. The team are passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. It s lovely to walk in and be treated to smiling faces and to leave feeling happy and relaxed. I highly recommend the professional team at Rosewood Medical Spa.

Came in here for a deep tissue massage. I was not dissapointed at all! Very thorough, and knew exactly what he was doing. The place was very clean and professional. Very friendly and was a lovely experience!

I frequently get massages, attend hot springs and deprivation flotation tanks but have found that 30 minutes in the Iyashi Dome provided me with much better results for stress relief and muscle relaxation - with the added benefit of actually detoxifying my body.

I ve had two dome sessions so far and immediately felt rejuvenated after each session. This is now my go to stress relief!

This place is amazing! The Dome sessions are so relaxing and a great way to detox! Highly recommend to do a Dome session if you are feeling a bit bloated as you will sweat away any excess water in your body.

what a fantastic team headed by Winnie. loved their EMS workout and it only took 20mins exercise but i felt like i was working out for over an hour! can really feel my body responding to the workout. And the dome was a lovely way to end the EMS session. felt thoroughly invigorated.

also came back to treat my back pain on their deep wave and what a difference that made. I am an active person and being able to do all the things I love without pain is amazing!
