Rosedale Livery Limited Review

I recently had a business trip in Toronto and someone suggested using Rosedale Livery. After initially booking only my airport transfer, I used them for several more trips while I was in the city. I was very impressed regarding their service, always available, very friendly, with adjustments made right away with no problem whatsoever. After being picked up from the airport by Taras (who is an awesome guy), I had Tim do the rest of my trips. He is an amazing driver and a very funny guy. I had the best time with him. I strongly recommend using Rosedale.

I had a very pleasant trip from Toronto to the airport. The driver was very nice, he picked me up just on time and we had a very nice conversation all the way to the airport. Also, he gave me some advice regarding the best restaurants in town and i will certainly use them when I'll come back. The car was clean and smell so good! I strongly recommend Rosedale! Nice job!

My mother, who is a senior, booked Rosedale Livery to take her to the airport for an international flight. It was Mother s Day weekend. Her own mother died recently and she was looking forward to the trip as a welcome distraction.

She was waiting by the door 5 minutes early, but after 20 minutes no car had arrived. She worried she could miss her flight. When she called Rosedale Livery for an update, she was told they were late due to road closures because of a scheduled marathon, but that a car was on its way.

After 40 minutes there was still no car. By now she was very worried and called again. Rosedale Livery told her they would not be coming after all. The agent said she was on her own to make her flight.

In a desperate attempt not to miss her flight she called a Diamond cab. The driver arrived promptly, deftly negotiated the traffic and got her to the airport just in time to make her flight.

Why did Rosedale Livery not inform themselves of scheduled road closures and leave earlier? As a car service isn t that a basic part of their job? Why did they leave my elderly mother on her own ?

Were it not for the taxi driver, she would have missed her flight and her weekend away.

I can say that one ride is enough to get best experience. I would highly recomend Darko, he is not just a driver but more than that! Congratulations, Rosedale, for the amazing experince I've had!

From the easy online booking to the actual trip a great experience.

We've used Rosedale Livery for chauffeured drives between airports and hotels when we travel. This is mainly because my boyfriend's secretary books it through this company. To be honest, there have been times in the States where service has not been good: the email/text message upon arrival did not indicate the driver's phone number or license plate so we cannot get a hold of the driver if we cannot locate them, one driver recently tried to suggest twice rather firmly that our requested two stops change the order in the way we requested it, sometimes there has been no bottled water in the car etc. Honestly, I would rather just call Uber half the time if it were not for my boyfriend's secretary who books through this company. Half the time the company does a good job, half the time they do not.

I used Rosedale Livery to book two cars for my wedding in August 2019 due to having a smaller wedding party and not a very far distance. The drivers were punctual and professional (despite us running a few minutes behind).

The cars were clean, spacious, and they offered us bottled water. Drivers were friendly. It was a comfortable ride, and we really liked that it was affordable compared to other limo options (especially since the price is fixed between locations when you do the booking online).

Customer service also tried to accommodate request of the type of car I preferred to ride in on my big day. Overall, I would recommend.

I went with my family for a vacation trip in Toronto and we used Rosedale for the airport transfer because we had lots of luggage. The driver Lorenzo was very kind and helped us with the luggage. Overall a great experience and i highly recommend.
