Roseburrough Tools Review

Employees have a terrible attitude, if they don't want to answer the phone find someone that does! No "hi" "bye" "thank you" nothing just ask "what do you want" and hang up the phone. Need employees with customer service skills. Love this place but that keeps people away.

Bad service i was there before 430 with receive in my hands but warehouse man don't one give me my 10' screed so i close my account

Concrete specialist. They have tools, stamps and product to meet all your needs. The staff is quite knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn't have a tool I needed, so they made it while I waited. Loved the service, extensive product selections, and great prices. First place I go when in need of concrete specialty products, tools, or advice!

Loved this place. My first time there and enjoyed walking the aisle thinking about all the tools I would like to purchase from this place. Contractor approved tools!!

Roseburrough epoxy does not work and does not respond as a serious company

They DO NOT respond to phone calls or call back the most unprofessional people I ever experienced

I am always impressed with the selection of trade tools this place has its like a one stop shop and they dont twist your arm to get out at closing time to get out. +++ always have a great selection of rain gear.

Place is well stocked you can find special tools for construction but you pay top dollar.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW ONLY Unfortunately this is not the same great customer service of 40 years ago even 20 years ago not even 10 years ago ...I mean since Paul the shop manager retired. I could honestly say that this was Paul Aka the tool dude.. Was the best I have ever worked with in my career he was a true teammate.. Miss you Paul I myself am a third generation concrete contractors and have been in business over 40 years ... unfortunately we have a new generation that don t have the respect for the trade nor do they care. What you have here Mr. Roseburrough.. A few individuals that want to tell us how it is... it s just not gonna happen ...us veterans and the concrete trade man have been loyal to Roseburrough Tools and Paul ...and have been around along time and deserve the respect from your counter and ..if they can t do that then will probably take our business elsewhere .... I have a few situations but I m not going to get into details ...

TOOL REVIEW:
In my book there s no better concrete tool manufacture in the world... at one time they understood the needs of the cement industry mostly Pual s understanding of the tools... and the concrete profession is the most crucial point in customer service if you don t understand the tool or A little bit about the profession and How it s made ...you probably won t be in this business very long .

I won t give up on you Roseburrough Tools I have a good inside sales person that makes a difference for me ..... but please work on the counter guys especially the young ones ....
PS... If anyone out there knew Paul they know what I m talking about ... duplicate his theology and this business will still thrive .....

I really like this store, it has everything necessary for the construction, I would just ask you to put the prices on the tool so as not to be asking about everything I want to buy

On Saturday May 23rd I bought a Mk 101 10 tile machine. I was given the machine and told I had received everything. I arrived home and noticed the machine didn t have the belt and a few other pieces. I then went back and notified them. They gave me all the additional things that were missing plus a belt. The belt they gave me didn t work. By the time I had tried the belt on it was too late and the store was closed. Tuesday morning I called at 7 am and was told the managers arrive until 9 am. I called then and talked to Juan. He told me he would call back shortly to let me know if they had the belt. 2pm came around and I received no phone call from Juan. I called in again only to be playing phone tag for about 30 minutes. I kept being told he was busy. I decided to drive there myself as Juan didn t have anytime for me. I showed up and talked to Juan. He gave me the option to wait 2-3 days for a new band from the supplier or to trade in my machine for a used one they had on sale. It was the IQP 16 dustless that a costumer returned. He offered it to me for $1400 plus tax and a free blade. I told him I would talk to my dad bad call him back. I left the store and talked to my dad. My dad agreed on Returning our machine and purchasing the used machine. I called Juan back and told we we had a deal and he said okay. I asked him if he could set it aside. My dad went today only to find out Juan had decide to change his mind and put the price up to $1495 plus tax. $95 dollars is not a lot what I don t understand is how is he going to up the price for one day to another. I would not write this email for $95 dollars but I will write it when I think it s not right what he did. I would like to resolve this as we have been purchasing material & tools from roseborough for about 15 years.

I am not a man but I went with my husband to this place and I loved all the things we are looking for. We found them in just a very organized store, there is also water and coffee for customers

Best place for concrete working tools and towels. Custom stuff you can order and they will make it fast.

The owner is actualy a good guy due to fake intagram issues the post about the "owner" is in poor taste and is an attemp to tarnish the appearance of the company. This is a family Co so such accusations are incorrect.

Table set up outside front door to take your orders. But they are very helpful as always. And they have tons of concrete finishing tools.

Found some hard to find concrete finishing tools that no one else had available. Great service and great price
