Most prestigious hotel in Sylhet city. They are situated in a good place with highly appreciated services. Rooms, restaurant, conference room, seminar hall they provide. They have good service staff to serve.
They are prestigious, so that you have to pay a high rate for any service.

Best business Hotel in Sylhet, without any doubt. Though, there is so much room for improvement. The rooms are cozy, service is ok. Food is good. Faces no competition in Sylhet.
As a business hotel it provides hall room services. They have different capacities for different demands. The prices are reasonable, service quality is high. The food quality is excellent. Although many of the items of the buffet is unattractive, but they have few items to delight their customers. Their beef bhuna with Saatkhora (kind of citrus fruit) is their signature item. Their coffeeshop serves excellent coffee, but the prices are exorbitant.

The space here is fantastic. From the reception to the atrium to the rooms. The aesthetic quality is superb. Service is fantastic. Buffet breakfast is served every morning. There is a gym, spa and swimming pool at the top floors. They also have the slick card system which is very helpful (no need to carry around keys). The downside, is the location. Although Uposhohar is a very well known up and coming area, it is far from all the main hotspots you would usually go. Zinda bazar and Kazi bazar. Even further from Amberkhana and Baluchor/Tilagor etc. Going anywhere from here just takes a lot more time and effort. In the heat, it can be a total pain. The other major downside is ofcourse the price. It is quite literally triple every other daily hotel rate and double the rate of Hotel Noor Jahan Grand (for the standard double room). It is however justified by any objective standpoint.

Amazing atmosphere with excellent hospitality. The room was perfect with a nice view of the city. Deffo coming back again.

Good location, over priced and average service. Rooms are quite old but cleanliness is acceptable. Amenities are ok but below satisfactory level. Stayed there for 1 night and just checked out today. Bellboy service is terrible, I'm quite annoyed actually.

Location is not appropriate for a Five/Three Stars Hotel

It has a very big reception but it's not more good than Hotel Star Pacific

The room looked nice and tidy. Location is excellent. Easy access to Dhaka Sylhet highway. Also towards city centre. Food quality at the restaurant is not bad at all!!
