I said it was a boutique hotel, but it's just a hotel. It feels like a business hotel.
Easy to find because it is on the roadside. It was good because there were many restaurants near Gunsan squid and ribs. Breakfast is poor.....but it is kind and feels good.
The room is spacious and tidy. The bed was better than I thought, so I slept.
It's right near Seokchon Lake, so it's good to take a walk and it's a bit far from Lotte World, so I came free from noise.
I took a good rest. Thank you haha

Good to stay, but breakfast not so good. Near to lotte tower at seoul.

Not good, not clean. Room was delux family for 3 persons, but sometimes they gave us only 2 towels and 2 toothbrushes, another day also only 2 towels... I don't know why they do so, but.. Also they forgot to make up room before our check in and some waste was in our room. It was pity.

Good location, view of the construction site, but no noise. Proximity to Lotte Word, all sorts of bbq, etc. The price is low, on Christmas holidays the price tag was raised every 2 times everywhere, we settled for $ 95. Breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, sausage in batter, cereal with milk, rice, kimchi, well, as it were.

It's nice and clean, but it's so nice to have a shoe on the floor, except for the smell of cigarettes.

It was a deluxe double room, but the hotel room was clean, but the bathroom was not cleaned. The sink did not go down well and the beard remained.

Nice room with a decent view (depending on your room. The hotel is also very close to Lotte World and Lotte World Mall. The bathroom is somewhat weird since there's a glass wall.

It is very close to Lotte Hotel, Lotte World, Lotte World Tower, and Seokchon Lake, so if you have to pay for lodging at Lotte Hotel, you can use it as an alternative. I booked this place occasionally when overseas guests came, but the satisfaction of those who came with friendly staff was not bad. The first impression was not good because the staff who speak English was limited and the entrance and surroundings of the hotel were not arranged.

Good view from room.. Free wi fi and good room service .. But no varieties in breakfast for foreigners

It's just a boutique hotel. It is not an absolute first class hotel.

It is close to the lake park, so it is good to walk around the park.
It's good to eat nearby.
Lotte World is close and nice.

Stay here every 2-3 month, Friendly welcome, speak english!!! Big rooms, need and clean.
Good transportation from airports by Limousine. Great food and drinks for all budgets around this area! Near Lotte world and a really beautiful walking area around the Lake.
Its not the 'greatest' hotel but the value for money is certainly there.

Seokchon lake view is good, and is clean, and guest room is wide. It was great ...

It feels a bit old, but it's okay for a day, the view is good and it's generally neat and the staff are friendly.

Everything is OK except the room size. Rooms are too small to accommodate 2 adults. Service is good, they responds quickly. Location is easy to trace, 24X7 convenience store within the hotel building. Lotte adventure Park is just walking distance of few minutes. Overall it's a good experience except room size.

Close to lotte world and jamsil station with nice view

Terrible bed, its rlly hard... if you want a nice bed, go somewhere else. Not recommended here. Also blankets were very short, and also air cooler also made weird noise everytime so woke us up once in a while at night time not worth the money here

Sound is good, but the sound of the upper floor sounds well.
Air conditioning and heater hygiene needs improvement.

Light in the rooms is dull,but fine for passing through the city for one night.

I did not enjoy my stay... the pictures online need to be updated and so as the hotel...when i walked into the lobby area, it smelled like cigarettes smoke so bad, the bed sheet had questionable stains, the view were very limited or undesirable... but it was very close to lotte world mall and tower
