Ropheka Cares, LLC

I have relied on Ropheka Cares for more than a year for assistance with my health needs and daily living. They have been incredibly helpful with transportation to Dr. appointments, grocery shopping, trips to Bamberg, and handling light housework. Florence, the CEO, went above and beyond by noticing I needed a manicure and haircut and arranged for a visit from a local salon. The team is both caring and attentive, and I highly recommend their home health services to anyone in Orangeburg who needs support.

I can’t say enough good things about RophekaCares in Orangeburg. They were instrumental in keeping my mother comfortable at home rather than sending her to a facility during a tough time. From the moment I reached out through their website, the team was incredibly responsive. Having someone available around the clock gave me great peace of mind, especially since I live out of state. The caregivers who provided continuous care until the end were truly professional and kind. My mom loved them. I’ve already recommended Andrea and the whole RophekaCares team to a friend facing a similar situation and will definitely keep sending them their way.

After requiring round-the-clock home care in late 2016, I reached out to Florence at RophekaCares. She quickly assessed my home setup and personal preferences to pair me with a suitable caregiver. Even after I needed to return for surgery and rehab, Florence sourced a qualified professional for my increased care needs. I really appreciate her proactive approach—she stays in touch via phone to check on my satisfaction and communicates regularly with the staff to ensure everyone is happy with the arrangement. When a temp is needed, she ensures they are punctual and a good fit. Her consistent monitoring and detailed reports give me great confidence in the quality of care provided by her team.
