From job estimation to job cleanup Rooted Tree Care was the best tree service I have ever used.

Starting with on-time arrival and a courteous, friendly demeanor, Alex listened attentively to our descriptions of what we wanted done, carefully recording everything. He then offered and gave a description of what they would do and gave recommendations to us. Some of the trees overhung a fence and our swimming pool and we were concerned about potential damage to either or both, but Alex assured us they could do the job without damage.

On the scheduled day Alex and a crew of two arrived on time. They laid out equipment and the approach to the job. We agreed and started working. Throughout the job they communicated what they were doing and were quick to ask questions where there might be optional approaches. When we asked for additional work beyond the original scope of work and quickly communicated any additional costs,

The work was completed with a thorough site cleanup and walk-thru. The site was cleaner than before they started. The work performed was outstanding in every respect and was competitively priced.
