We had a beach house. The houses are right on the beach and are really nice. Unfortunately we had bad weather and wanted to spend these days in the pool. But the swimming pool is very old and was very dirty. We were there once and never again.
Incredibly beautiful campsite. Large place with clean and tidy private sanitary. Dune over and you are on the beach. Plenty to do in the area. Supermarket at the campsite and also various restaurants. Picking up food is also an option. Good service at the reception and good free wifi on the campsite itself. Top camping!
The 1800 places should not be allocated in autumn. A single mud fight and the medical center are freezing cold.
A great campsite for resetting and resting. For children, especially those who like to ride a bicycle ideal. The campsite has a quiet, small traffic of cars and a lot of alleys only for pedestrians and bicycles
Is located directly on the sea. The house we had was big enough. Food in the park was very bad. Indoor playground did not deserve the name. Opportunities outside for the kids too little. We do not come here anymore. Too bad...

Nice houses with good facilities and everything was cleaned well. The pool is not very extensive but nice to go, it also did not always smell fresh. During our stay the drain of the tap in the bathroom was unfortunately leaked, luckily there was a technician on the doorstep within 10 minutes who could fix it for us.
Good place to stay with all the family. A lot of activities for kids during the Easter holidays but nearly nothing for teenager during this period.

We were in a 4 person house, this was super clean on arrival! The whole park is neat, so we do not understand the negative reactions. Okay, the floor in the changing rooms in the pool is dirty, but what do you want, everyone walks through with his shoes! Perhaps a tip to think about that. The only downside we tied the bar staff, they are behind the bar with their phone! That just can not be! Furthermore, completely top, we will definitely come back.
Het park is een beetje gedateerd. De oudere goedkopere huisjes op een paar aantrekkelijke punten verbeterd. Met mijn puberende dochters naar het strand van Oostkapelle gegaan. De strandtent aldaar, de Piraat, fungeert in deze tijd als eenvoudige snackbar. Mooi is het daar.
En we hebben het monument van de verdronken dorpen opgezocht ... mooi kunstwerk, dat in beheer bij het Watersnoodmuseum is. Ook dat museum hebben we de dag erop bezocht op Schouwen-Duivenland. We hebben hiervoor een rondje gereden: via de Oosterscheldekering naar het museum, zodat je in de verte de plompe toren ziet. En dan weer terug over de Zeelandbrug.
Het vakantiepark heeft een perfecte ligging voor deze boeiende uitstapjes.
Bah! Certainly because it was winter, the cottages were not clean? We arrived late but at the reception they were very friendly. Then the restaurant. You ordered squabbling but we got something that looked like it ... how can you serve that as Zeeland to Germans who keep the economy going in Zeeland in the summer !!! The animation team apparently didn't feel like it ... so lifeless that children where really running away. Chose rabbit had an offday? Unfortunately the pool is out of date. That the food inspection department has not yet tightened that it is closed? Tiles falling off the wall, dirty yellow stains and sand on the bottom of the pool. Bah! Then the canteen (after swimming eat a fries) is also a detractor. Also with the pace of a sloth. Just left and had a nice meal somewhere outside the park. Really a detractor this park!
We recommend. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are clean and cozy. There is everything you need there. And especially for the little ones a lot is offered.
The accommodations are tiny, but planned quite well. The temperature, noise and sleeping quality are poor. The bathroom is quite nice. Privacy is impossible, the house is basically one big window and there are only see-through curtains. There are very few vegetarian options in either restaurant, and not a single vegan option.
The campsite is beautifully situated on the Oosterschelde, only a few minutes walk so you are on the beach. The campsite, as well as the swimming pool is getting old. There is a need for renovation! The restaurant as well as the pizzeria are scary, food is worse than MC Donalds!
Cosy small houses direct to the beach. It was amazing getting up in the morning seeing the beach. The house had some minor things to repair (which we did) and bringing your own stuff (food, clothes, etc.) is a little tricky, because even with a bollerwagon you need to cross a field of sand without stones under it. The shoulder of my friend will never be the same...
The stay was OK but not special.
After sunset, the park was very quiet.
Swimming paradise was once more paradisiacal, I suspect, but now somewhat dated. So we only used it once, among other things due to the early closing time, so it was closed when we came home after a day trip.
Nice campsite just a pity that you can only swim twice a week and that the large playground is not near the cafe

The WiFi does not work. We complained at the front desk but they didn't get it fixed. We also had enormous problems reaching our caravan site with the caravan because the streets and curves are extremely narrow. Very unusual for a campsite of this size.

Pleasant holiday park. Tidy cottages. Well equipped with dishwasher.
Very nice resort, right on the beach, for families and with a dog! Shopping in the park. Domburg, Renesse, etc. to reach in no time. Not to mention, much to reach by bicycle.
Refrigerator defect, reported, no one comes to see during 3 days stay, all food may be thrown away! Something important should be repaired / replaced immediately. Reported again on departure, hopefully the next one has a working fridge ...
Booked a midweek in a mobile home. Mobile home is great. Everything is there. To make your stay enjoyable. Feels like a house. Mobile home was clean, the only thing that would have been nice were childproof sockets. You also smelled the toilet sewer very much on arrival, but this quickly disappeared and had no more problems. The pool was disappointing. Ice cold water and temperature in the pool itself. Later we were told that something was broken, too bad because it is partly why you choose a park.
Lots of money for little space outside the holiday period, poor cleaning of the properties to be rented
Park has no unity! Many roads are unclear and dangerous for small children to cycle. Children cannot go to the beach alone, it is a strange route where it is impossible to overcome certain obstacles by yourself with a pram or handcart without running the risk that your child will roll 6 meters from the dike. The other option is 300 m to walk. Our chalet for 6 people is unsafe! Veranda offers many opportunities for our little one of just 1 to fall off dangerously. We bought scaffolding wooden planks from the Praxis to make it safer. Nothing has been invested in the park and it could continue to function as a set for a retro 80s movie.
Staff are under 18 and most are under 17 ...

We stayed here for a week in July, unfortunately we only had 2 really nice sunny days. But since no one can say what for to my review: We rented a small bungalow, it was not 100% clean, but everything to clean, like brooms and vacuum cleaners are there. Also a dishwasher is on site and a gas stove, unfortunately no oven. The offers are very different here. You can rent bikes or play mini golf, you can play kitesurfing, archery, laser day and jump trampoline. There is a wonderful children's anina- tion, people dance, sing and have fun. The way to the beach was not long either. You can go for long walks and go by boat across the Oosterschelde. Here is a supermarket, where you get everything you need, it is just a bit overpriced. Nearby there is an Aldi. In the evening you can sit down in the terrace and let the evening end with music. We also spent one day in Rotterdam and looked at the city there. There is also a swimming pool, but we were not there. It was a very nice holiday and we will come back again.
We are definitely very happy enthusiastic and find it a pity that we leave Friday.
Lots of room for children. Nice park. Nice beach. Nice accommodations. Nice playgrounds. Nice swimming paradise! Unfortunately no large indoor play options for small children.

Since last Friday in a beach house. Our 3rd time. For the 2 of us a 4 person house is more than sufficient. I've reported it before and also read reviews before, but those mattresses are really drama. Last year my upper legs on both sides were completely blue because I always lie on my side. You feel those feathers. Now I see the first bruise on my thigh again. The couch inside always sinks away, you have to do the pillow well every once in a while. A combi oven had been nice .. otherwise stay wonderful here. Kindly received at the reception. Also by the luggage service. Clean house. We come here for the 3rd time for a reason. And the weather? Fantastic
The showers, the toilets, the wash house all come down and uneven. The shower and toilet cubicles are small, some of the showers are unusable because they are defective and hardly any water comes out of the shower heads because they are calcified. The vents are dirty, the fittings on the washbasins are sometimes missing.
The place overcrowded and the pitches small.
The whole area has the charm of a 3 star place. Why the place is advertised as a 5 star place is a mystery to me. Designed absolutely loveless.
In addition, the access routes to the parking spaces are small and narrow.
This place is not worth the money you have to pay.
So we are guaranteed not to come again

Super clean and modern chalets, supermarket -as on other campsites- course too expensive, nice and friendly staff, recommended!
The park is ok, but there are relatively few playgrounds that are not really great. Be sure to check all opening hours well in advance! For the restaurant and pizzeria you should definitely book in advance, otherwise you will miss a spot.
The pool is nice, but zen bit outdated. On Friday we had a very quiet evening at the campsite, but on Saturday afternoon there was a live performance until 11 pm !!! For families with small children really not ok !!!
All in all we had a nice weekend, but that had more to do with the beautiful weather and the sea than with the park. Unfortunately!
We have rented a beach house for a week. Costs 1100 euros.
We also had to rent bed linen (15 euros per person).
The cottage was difficult to find because the route was very poorly marked.
Once found we had to drag a dike with our suitcases and belongings and struggle through very loose beach sand to get there.
The weather was bad at that time and we could not open the door of the house.
The code lock did not work.
Called to the reception (because of the size of the park) but there was no answer.
Finally walked to the reception where we were informed that the lock only functions after 3 p.m.
The park appears not to be finished yet and there are constantly shovels and excavators driving right past our rented house.
There is constant smoke in the toilet and bathroom.
All in all a disappointing experience, especially considering the rental price.
That certainly needs improvement, is our experience!
The service was great. The front desk was always accessible. The chalets were modern, super clean and well furnished. The proximity to the park's own beach was impressive. Less than a two-minute walk to the water. Since we were out of season I can not judge how full it is in summer but with us it was more than sufficient to build sand castles and walk . If it is full, the nearest beach is not far by car. The playground offer was extensive, modern, clean and in great condition. And if you still have to buy something quickly, the park's supermarket is ideal. The swimming pool included in the booking can also be used at no additional cost and has an extensive range. Only the entrance and changing area is quickly crowded and seems too small for the number of guests.
The safari tent we were in was very nice, the other new accommodations are also beautiful and are located in beautiful places.
Furthermore, very outdated park and dirty old swimming pool. Large areas with private mobile homes, which are poorly maintained and not tidy. The location of the park is wonderful, on the beach.

In our holiday home NT 7402 (strongly discouraged) there was a cable fire on the third night due to water damage. The canopy is leaking and the plastered plasterboard underneath is completely sodden and brown. The ceiling lamp in the hallway was full of water until the lamp fell down. The fuse did not pop out automatically, which led to a smoldering fire. The waterfall caused the floor in the entrance area to be completely soaked. The park management (at reception) was informed the following morning. About 30 minutes later, a technician arrived who confirmed that the apartment was currently open. is not habitable. We should ask the park management about new accommodation. About four hours later, the park management was theoretically available, but not ready for any conversation. After a lot of waiting, we got new accommodation, which, according to the park staff, is an "upgrade", but we don't have to pay extra. In fact, it is a downgrade, as we should move from a house to a caravan, which is currently priced around 100 per week below what we have booked. On request, the management gave us to understand that we have received new accommodation and that they (interview) do not know what the problem is. It has been stressed several times that no money will be refunded, although we did not mention this in the conversation. The leaky roof is "normal in rainy weather" and that the fuse does not blow out "annoying". We have been downgraded from NT Komfort to RP4B. The sauna that I have booked is not part of my paid services because it does not exist. The security in the apartment was taken out by us as a precaution so as not to endanger other residents.
The handling at the reception is under all pig. The other employees with whom we had contact (bike rental, supermarket, technology) otherwise absolutely nice and friendly.
Both apartments were very shabby and dirty. In the house there was leftover food on the couch and miles of caravans crushed insects and indefinable stains everywhere.
The location is great, but the underground service really spoiled our vacation.
Great house. Everything is there. Neatly delivered. Many facilities in the park. You can enjoy a weekend at the park without going out.

Nice that there is a harbor and beach within walking distance. Friendly staff.
Cons:
- Very bad mattresses in the chalets. Suspension can be felt.
- Wallpaper in the bathroom and around the toilet is not really the most hygienic way.
- How the cords were hidden was not the best way for a visit with children.
Noord-Beveland really is a cycling island. Not a whole lot to do. Neeltje Jans is very nice to visit with or without children.
For more than 1300 euros a week on.parking may bivouac because we have not indicated that we did not want a chalet on parking. And you pay the same as all those chalets with a lot of space and clear view.
Fantastic holiday park. Spacious and equipped with more than all facilities. Fun activities for children, Koos Rabbit is doing well! Recommended !!
Too little storage space, no bedside tables, beds squeaked, staff only partially friendly. No oven, we missed a lot. It was not very clean either. We have been here three times this year, never was it really clean. Pity ! The staff was very keen to clean up. Maybe pay 2 more! We have been here for 31 years with interruption here. We also want to go back in September. Maybe something will change. We are very happy to be here. Everything will be fine!
The report was a bit dated and the prices in the restaurant are salted, the portions were large. The supermarket is expensive but has everything necessary. The staff is friendly and do a decent job. Overall, you can spend a nice holiday here. Beware of the mobile home, there are many different and also the condition is different good.

We come here regularly with our 2 grandsons and we always have a great time together! Very friendly staff and the animation is fantastic for small children. One negative point is that people are still walking with their shoes in the hall of the pool cabins. The people from the interview do not appeal to them, perhaps correct them?
Very nice new houses. Close to the beach. Shopping and entertainment on site. The registration was overcrowded even in the postseason. Maintenance worked great. Our ticket did not work twice. Technician was still 5 minutes on site.
Spend the night at the marina. Park animation went down well. Swimming pool was a bit disappointing (outdated, does not look fresh and the tiles are slippery unfortunately see several people fall down). The location is really beautiful.

I stayed here for a weekend in mid-February 2018 in a chalet type RP4B.
The chalet is very small, much smaller than the holiday homes that I usually rent, but was logically arranged, so that with two adults and two small children you would not be packed together. The beds and mattresses were good.
The kitchen equipment was fine. The cooking pots are quite small. The non-stick pan was in perfect condition (you don't often find that in a holiday park).
The chalet was clean. The heating heats up the chalet very quickly, despite the frost at night.
The park itself is not car-free, which is unfortunate, but on the other hand we were not bothered by cars (it was low season of course).
The pool isn't the prettiest I've seen, but it's big enough. There is a wave pool (with large floating boards to play on), a long slide, a paddling pool with a small slide, an indoor / outdoor pool with (very weak) current. Very nice for the children was that at certain times a large inflatable Koos-Konijn bouncy castle slide was placed in the water. It is clean in the pool. It is not allowed to eat around the pool, with the exception of a part at the snack bar: this of course contributes to hygiene. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool for the low season, I don't know if more chairs will be put in the high season. Although I suspect that the beach at Roompot Beach will attract the most guests in high season.
There is a nice beach.
The children really liked the outdoor playground. I think it is mainly a playground for not too old children.
The indoor playground is nothing, it is much too small.
The number of activities for the children was more limited than, for example, at Roompot Weerterbergen, but Roompot faithfully, most activities for children are free or very cheap.
The snack bar was also not too bad. Not haute cuisine, but okay and at normal prices.
The general layout of the park is okay in itself, but unimaginative.
Family friendly accommodation. Partly campsites and probably also container houses. Located close to the beach.

Heavily outdated stuff, Extractor hood that doesn't work, let alone fitted with a filter! flickering LED lamps, mosquitoes beaten to death on walls, rusting sanitary facilities, a mess it has been put together, furnished by a recycling company ?, no really great !!! looks like a 1 star stay in the eastern block years ago ... people think carefully before you book something here again !!!
And save me the feedback from you, it is the same story every time, ... unfortunately! you do nothing with it! Bag fillers from management, yuck!

Calling this park a "Resort" is the same as calling a campsite in Eindhoven "Zeezicht" ...
We have been on a camping pitch as well as in a house of my in-laws. So we can judge both.
The high rating here on Google will mostly be rated on the houses. I can't imagine anyone with a camping site giving this four stars.
The houses (chalets) are on one side of the park. At 900 euros for a weekend, these are really crazy ... The decor is sober and with the contents of the cutlery tray you can't cut a sandwich ... houses are clean (but for 900 euros you can certainly expect that) .
The camping pitches are totally unsuitable for children and actually anyone who is not suicidal. It is a dangerous holiday park. All places are on busy asphalt roads. Often the road is half a meter from the awning. Letting small children play themselves is actually not possible due to many cars that are constantly racing past the caravan at high speeds. I have witnessed a near-collision with a child and a car five times ...
There are not really cozy fields. A few places where 4-6 caravans can stand. Sometimes roads run through here. We were standing on a field with four caravans and had to pay extra for a corner spot ... a marketing truck from Roompot because everyone on such a field of 4 automatically has a corner spot ...
It is a very long walk from the camping area to the shop or swimming pool, etc. Unaccompanied children cannot walk there independently because of the many cars. The modest animation can also only be found at the pool. They don't come to pick up the kids with a train like at other campsites. So for the kids it is very underdone.
In contrast to other campsites (this was our third campsite this summer), the corona measures here are very below par. The first few days there was no disinfectant soap at the toilets / showers and in the supermarket (which was fine in terms of range and prices) no measures were taken at all. This is truly a Corona breeding ground!
Dishwashing is also a strange thing here. These are not near the showers and toilets (as at other campsites) but these are somewhere on a field near the caravans. It looks like a private sanitary building, but is a public washing-up area for the entire campsite ... nice that you know this after 2 days of searching because it is not indicated anywhere on the map.
You are right on the beach. So that's the only plus. But if the weather is bad (it remains the Netherlands anyway) then you are in a very mediocre park for which you pay the main price ...

We have an XL house on the beach. The beds are very bad! You cannot call a shower cabin a bathroom! No cupboard space, dishwasher almost falling apart, half of the pots were dirty, super small for 6 people, beach chair broken ...
Not bad things in itself, but everything together makes it not worth the money!

The location is nice, nice and close to the beach and a problem with a clogged toilet was solved immediately. However, the house was quite dusty and there was an unpleasant odor.

Mobile home rp6B is fairly spacious for a family with a toddler. With 4 adults it would be too small in my opinion. Enough facilities at the park. Fairly clean in the park and in the mobile home.
Great resort by the sea. The beach is nothing special, is enough for the children but all malls. Has everywhere small and large playgrounds and a beautiful swimming pool. Although not a comparison to Center Parks, still very nice here
