Great hotel, good service, excellent rooms, very good breakfast

I had problems with not finding my payment, they charged my wife again preventing her from going to the room, feeling embarrassed at the reception. I don't stay at this hotel anymore

I made the reservation and the payment by internet. The hotel is well located, cozy and clean. We were very well attended. The breakfast is delicious.

It could be a better note, but it is failing in some details. The location is great, right in the center, with everything close by. The shower is spectacular, but it does not have a hygienic shower, and both the toilet and the lid were loose and this causes some embarrassment. The attendants are attentive, but the maid entered the room even with the label "do not disturb", and just cleaned the bed .. did not take the garbage, which was crowded. The breakfast is reasonable.

Cleanliness good, bed comfortable. wonderful shower, poor breakfast, no option for those who do not eat glutem. And there is an espresso machine that the guest serves, besides being bad, takes too long and forms a queue of guests to serve themselves. The desk clerk and unprepared, we changed room 2 times, one was booked for a family and another foibum room with two single beds, being that we are 1 double. We also called earlier and an employee said that they could arrive early to check in without additional costs, but at the time of the film, an additional $ 80.00 per day. The Ibis and much more business, never charged me more for getting there earlier.

Well located hotel in the center of Curitiba. Clean, modern and updated, breakfast excellent.

The best of the hotel is the service, especially Marcelo, Bruno and Felipe that I had the most contact. They are educated and solicitous. The hotel is quite old, the room is large and well lit but all the outlets are old, had to buy an adapter to charge the notebook because they had none they could borrow, the restaurant does not work at night but has options as well coming. The breakfast is very simple. The location is good. In the parking lot does not fit all cars so depending on the time you arrive you have to leave the car in a nearby parking lot which is not very practical, when I arrived I had no vacancy, but as soon as it was released, they warned me and I could leave the car in the parking lot internal.

Hotel of poor quality. No on-site parking is available. The photos of the accommodations provided on the hotel's website had nothing to do with the room we had accommodated. Reception staff do not know how to give the correct information. Bad smell in the room. Not Recommended!

Great hotel, with excellent professionals, quite attentive. Nice rooms with excellent size and yummy breakfast. The place is strategic to be able to visit the localities of Curitiba, but is dangerous at night, with several residents of the street in the vicinity.

The staff are so helpful, friendly and hospitable ... Wonderful location !! But my husband and I were a bit disappointed with the suite ... The room has no closets and neither is the safe .. The bathroom (worst part of the suite) has no shelves in the stall, so to get shampoo / conditioner you have to go out and get it in the sink watering the whole bathroom, the window is extremely small, so if you take hot bath it gets a very strong hot bath, the bathroom is very, very small, hardly fits a person, there is no shower and the water pressure of the toilet is very weak, often needing to give several downloads ... The breakfast also does not have many options, just the basics of the basics .. I do not know if I would return to stay at this hotel ...

Could care more about guests (lacked toilet paper in my room and had to ask twice for replacement), the bed was limp and the parking was not as booked.

I had to wait half an hour to enter the hotel because there was no room (executive) available, and I should have been accommodated in another if on booking I made the reservation well in advance and they had no other when I arrived. We arrive very tired from the trip to have to wait ... Other guests who arrived without reservation were met in front of me and stayed in an executive room and I had to wait, I was indignant and questioned, then they quickly got a room. I arrived and I already saw that the good photos of the booking do not match the apt I stayed. Minibar with hot water for being off. The little box on the wall to put the card on the door and turn on the lights was in bad contact and nothing cared about the room. I called reception and asked to check and the receptionist doubted that there was no light. After thirty minutes and no one came, I called again. Then I waited another thirty minutes but tried to see if I could solve the problem. I put the card in and taped it, and managed to keep the room light on.

Bathroom a cubicle. The glass in the shower box is all dirty. Weak flush and to go down just the pee has to press twice. He had tuft of hair near the bed, probably from the previous guest.

There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast, good coffee even (on Saturday it was good, on Sunday the fruits were old and the juices too, quality dropped, today it was good but with less variety). They also serve lunch 44.00 per person. I preferred to eat at the mall's restaurant. Restaurant staff super friendly and ready.

It is right downtown Curitiba, which makes it close to many things and you can walk to the historic center and so on. The breakfast is a bit repetitive. There is no iron available for ironing, for this you will have to pay. Parking is stuttering ($ 20 + ISS per day). To leave the hotel later than the check out time you have to pay half a day.
