This Library pays tribute perfectly to the best-known, loved and even controversial president of the United States.
Numerous interactive paths that will make you relive the footsteps of Reagan from its origins, to its Hollywood past to the presidency.
If you are interested in contemporary history it is definitely a visit to be planned.

We have been to several other presidential museums and this is the biggest and the best we have seen so far.

What a great museum and local historical place to visit. The old planes and exhibits are wonderful for the children.

Youngerstaff was great older staff is snippy and rude to guests one of them factually incorrect about the way you move around and the direction you can walk yeah the way you walk seriously though b.s.

It was an amazing place I loved it besides the fact of most the staff at the front desk were very rude when I was asking about my son's school and where I could find them. Being a paying customer I would have like to have been treated a little nicer when asking a question instead of one lady telling me I would see him later(which I didnt) and I felt that was rude. Other than that it was a beautiful place.

This place is wonderful everyone is very kind n helpful. Dont miss this attraction anytime of the year.

Only library is actually very educational for who he was I would definitely go back there again

Staff was snobby and curt. They think too highly of themselves and their pretty red jackets. I dared to tell them I did not want my picture taken as I boarded the plane, and almost as if I was being punished.

I really enjoyed the visit and learned one more about President Ronald Reagan. The space is pleasant and the affection Americans have for the fortieth president of the United States. It is a museum for all ages and you should visit it in the morning, in the afternoon it is crowded with families and groups. Visit to the plane is a must!

Will certainly be making a second trip here. So much to see! The beauty inside and out were breathtaking. Loved our visit.

Walking through this museum is a time capsule of a memorable era and an extraordinary man who changed history for the better. Perched atop the city of Simi Valley, is this monument to that shining city on a hill that Ronald Reagan hoped for this country to be.
The exhibits include a replica of the oval office in the White House when Reagan was there; the air force one pavillion; the Berlin Wall slab exhibit; the 1980 and 1984 campaign exhibits; and so much more to see, hear, and experience.
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is an immersive experience for young and old alike; a place to learn about what life was like once; an opportunity to teach youth about what it can be if we uphold our founding fathers' principles and constitution.

The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is a great place to see, because it has an incredible view of the valley area and the interactive pieces in the museum are a lot of fun! The buildings are spectacular, the Air Force One airplane is beautiful and elegant in its own way. Also, the Pompeii exhibit is outstanding! The bodies were just mesmerizing, and the positions were quite frightening when you think about it. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't done so already!

Regardless of what you might think about Reagan, this is an amazing place. The view of Simi valley from the back of the library is just stunning. The museum portion of the library has amazing artifacts including the car that Ronny rode in to launch his candidacy.

They also offer the venue for conferences and parties and the like. The Air Force One exhibit is incredible. Rare when you get the chance to get close to something like this. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Honestly I came here for the Da Vinci exhibit. All politics aside I felt that that the staff smelled the liberal on me. The staff kept following us around the whole time. Like stop already. Lol. The exhibit was ok. The one at the Denver nature and science exhibit on Da Vinci was wayyyyy better. Over all, I want my 25 bucks back. I would not come here again.

Awesome place to spend a day and learn about a great president.

Don't waste your money. If you're in California, go to the Nixon Library instead. I've been to 5 presidential libraries: this one is nothing but a money-making TV commercial. Unlike the other presidential libraries, they do not tell Reagan's presidency in a balanced fashion; they only make him out to be a saint. I was ashamed.

This is a crass, commercial operation, through and through. They actually had a photographer to snap your picture as you boarded AirForceOne, for which you had to pay $10-15.

And since becoming a member, they've sent me COUNTLESS mailings for further donations, a Christmas gift catalog, offers for pins, pens, and all kinds of items with his name plastered on it.

NO OTHER PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY DOES THIS!!

Today, I got yet another solicitation for $$, this time buy collectible pins for $50.

Believe me, this is not of the caliber of the other 4 presidential libraries I've visited. It's big, biased, commercial, and classless.

A very beautiful place to visit and see the views were incredible. I went to play my respects to Nancy Reagan on March 10th , 2016. Rest in Peace Mr. & Mrs. Reagan.

This is a setting that you learn about the vulnerabilities of his presidency. The dealings with the USSR. This was the man!

Love the location, the artifacts and the ability to walk through AF one!

I went there on a Sunday as a final stop of a car event, did not go in. Impressive building, surrounding areas and views, I must come back when in the area.

This is an extremely impressive library/museum. We went there for the Titanic Exhibit, which was good, but the sections devoted to Ronald Reagan were amazing. With every turn, it just got better and better. From vignettes of Reagan's acting career to his term as Governor of California to his momentous Presidency, the collection of historical documents, mementos and photographs is unparalleled. All the historic milestones are presented in vivid, interactive displays. There is a replica of the Oval Office, a tribute to heroes featuring a piece of the World Trade Center, a large slab of the Berlin Wall, as well as the actual Air Force One jet used by Presidents Nixon through G.W. Bush. One popular display featured the guest book signed by Princess Diana the night she danced with John Travolta. If you love history, you could spend days here. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the food is terrific. It was well worth the price of admission.

Being interested in history we knew we didn t want to miss this, but we had no idea just how great it would be. We arrived early knowing we needed a handicapped parking spot and we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The docents were all so informative and helpful. There were a few school groups there, but all kept under control by attentive staff. We also purchased the $7 self guided tour. Fabulous! The organization and set up from President Reagan s early life through his years after office is so well done. Walking through Air Force One and Marine Helicopter was informative and a treat! We enjoyed lunch at the pub and the breathtaking views. Pictures at the piece of The Berlin Wall and a moment to pay respects at President and Mrs Reagan s memorial topped off a very special day.

Lots of history plus traveling exhibits. Huge area dedicated to the life of President Reagan. From world events to Air Force One. The traveling exhibits typically have nothing to do with the static presidential showcase...but that is a plus! The ticket price typically includes all exhibits under the roof. Get here early, take your time. Great for families and kids doing reports on Reagan.

Great Presidential Library! Visited their guest exhibit as well...heard from many locals that their guest exhibits are always great! Highly recommend getting tickets for those when they're in town.

You can go inside the airforce 1 and the presidential helicopter. My favorite part id the garden outside.

It is one of the best presidential library to visit. It has Ronald Reagan life story, his presidency etc. It is also quite good to visit there as Simi Valley is one of the coolest place to go. I am fascinated by the library and the view around it. Strongly recommended for tourist to visit there. I love this place a lot.

i went to a field trip i was in the milatary and went inside air force one it was awesome

Great museum. Hours of entertainment. We spent a little over 2 hours here. We were lucky enough to be there when they had Pomepii.

Great things to see. A few places for a photo op. You can walk through air Force one, and Marine one. Beautiful garden outside, overlooking the mountains.

I would say, it would be boring for little ones. Maybe ten and up. There is a nice gift shop. 2 places to eat, but all they have is pre packaged salads and sandwiches. Some desserts. I guess on the weekends they have more hot foods. We did get a yummy piece of pumpkin cheesecake!

Everyone we encountered was very nice. We prepaid online, and I purchased a few souvenirs, we were supposed to pick up in the gift shop, but we forgot. They even called us, but we were already about to board a plane the next day, so we donated it back.

Glad we finally got out there to see it! Great place to visit, and see some awesome artifacts.

Ron took the barber shop out of the White House and put the infamous situation room in the grounds. He was a D then became a R sometime after he was he screen actors leader. My second visit to a presidential library. Spent two hours could done more. Forgot to see the fighter jet because the Air Force One and chopper are so neat.

A temple to democracy... it s off the beaten path, but worth the drive, go see it!
