This was mine and my wife's first time staying at Ronald McDonald Home. The people who staff this house made my wife and I feel very safe and made so many new friends.. Glad this service was offered to me and my wife, especially since we live in New York and would make it very difficult to travel back and forth.

I am grateful and truly thankful for the Ronald McDonald House, the beautiful staff and all the kind hearted people that helped us. Thank you all so much for everything. I thank God for this place.
Unfortunately I'm unable to give a 5 star review to the Ronald McDonald House in Burlington, VT. My newborn niece is a patient at the UVM Medical Center in critical care. My nieces mother lives nearly two hours from the UVM Medical Center. To be able to stay at the Ronald McDonald House a referral is required from the UVM social worker assigned to the patient. The social worker assigned won't do a referral and has given the mother of the baby two options. Option 1 to commute daily, which would be a nearly 4 hour round trip commute. Option 2 being to rent a motel room. Neither of these options are feasible. A woman that recently gave birth and her body is still healing isn't going to drive a nearly 4 hour commute daily. Since the mother is on unpaid maternity leave from her job she can't financially afford to rent a motel room. Since my family member is being denied to stay at the Ronald McDonald House during this difficult time, I can't give their establishment a good review at this time.
Very accommodating. Only complaint I had was that the guest wifi had a password and it wasn't posted anywhere. Other than that I was super happy there.
This place is an amazing place to go when you just need peace of mind. It's nice to know that when your child is in the hospital going through some pretty rough stuff that you can go to a place like the Ronald McDonald House and feel any sort of comfort. Thank you for all that you've done for my family
Cozy place to be away from the hospital. Volunteers are amazing. Full time/office staff are not the most welcoming, but i guess thats why theres volunteers!
Our 4-H club makes dinners for the house. All the volunteer and staff members we have met have been WONDERFUL! The house is always spotless and the kitchen is well stocked. The families are sweet and it is one of our favorite charities to support. Simply a great organization that supports our Vermont families in times of medical need!
