The sales reps are great. Got my SUV from Aramis last year and now we are looking at purchasing a car through him this year. When your willing to drive almost two hours to do business with someone it says a lot. I definitely recommend asking for him

We recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Z. in the used car department at this location as part of an arrangement to sell our car to them through a KBB offer. As was my previous experience with another Ron Marhofer location, Mike was straightforward, friendly, and didn't play the typical "used car" game where a representative tries to completely devalue your vehicle in order to buy it at the lowest price possible. We were offered what I felt was a fair deal for us while still allowing the dealership to make a reasonable profit on resale, which is how it should be. My wife and I appreciated Mike and the dealership making this a very smooth and pleasant transaction. Thanks!

I had a great purchasing experience at Ron Marhofer with Josie Janz and Elias Ortiz. Elias was helpful and friendly, honest and straightforward. If it was something he could do for you he would and if not he will tell you. Josie is a miracle worker with financing and will get you right where you need to be(a good interest rate and monthly payments). I had a very good experience here and it didn t take all day. I highly recommend this place.

Great sales team and service department. Huge selection and fair used car prices. They re not on commission, so it makes the buying process way easier. What you see is what you pay! I have bought several vehicles from here and soils highly recommend it. Service prices are also very fair.

I I'm completely disappointed in their service, I called twice was put on hold for about 10 minutes each time to schedule an oil change. I called the third time actually got somebody to take my reservation I told them that I had an NV3500 which is a big vehicle but not enormous. I took it there to get the oil change and tire rotated. After I was there for 45 minutes they then tell me that they cannot service my vehicle. I'm completely dissatisfied with them I truly believe that they could have told me that while I had them on the phone and at the very least they could have told me that when I pulled up into their business. I will not be going back to them I will either be going to Fred Martin Nissan on Arlington or Ken ganley Nissan in Medina but they will not see me back here. I am truly disgusted with that type of service.
