I I'm completely disappointed in their service, I called twice was put on hold for about 10 minutes each time to schedule an oil change. I called the third time actually got somebody to take my reservation I told them that I had an NV3500 which is a big vehicle but not enormous. I took it there to get the oil change and tire rotated. After I was there for 45 minutes they then tell me that they cannot service my vehicle. I'm completely dissatisfied with them I truly believe that they could have told me that while I had them on the phone and at the very least they could have told me that when I pulled up into their business. I will not be going back to them I will either be going to Fred Martin Nissan on Arlington or Ken ganley Nissan in Medina but they will not see me back here. I am truly disgusted with that type of service.
