With the exception of Chris in the service department, everyone at this dealership acts like an arrogant A$$! I will drive to a different dealership for any of my needs in the future. Just because you were a former football player, Ron, doesn't mean you should treat people without any respect. Good luck staying afloat!

If I could have given no stars that would have been the rating. The manager of this store acts as if any customer that enters should just leave him alone. There customer service is terrible. I left a boat prop here in September to be re-built never received a return call. I go to the store in December to see if it's done and same guy at the counter be a complete a$$. I was given a receipt which is basically unreadable, that apparently has nothing to do with the prop at all. I explained to him that this was the only paper that I received when I dropped off. He basically called me a liar. Had me write my name down and a phone number. I don't expect a call back I don't expect to see my prop again, but buyer beware of this dealer. Look at the rest of the reviews on this place and stay clear.

Stopped here to get educated on side by sides. Had read reviews, but wanted to see the units first hand. Dave and Ron answered all my questions, we drove a couple units. I purchased a RZR 900 EPS that day. Felt very comfortable with my purchase and the dealership. If you are looking to buy, be sure you stop.

Good people, good service. I have asked in the past if work should be done assuming the answer would be yes. They honestly said no even though easy money was right in front of them. They are flexible and prompt with delivery and always helpful and courteous. The service is from functionally knowledgeable guys in the Northwoods, not 19 year old women at the Gap. The communication styles are different, people need to relax... Also, I appreciate when they fix minor things without me having to confirm it. It saves me the time and hassle. Somebody complained about a $35 fix? Seriously?

This is a great place with honest people. I've stored my boat here and had it serviced for the past 5 years. They pick it up in the fall and deliver it in the spring... They meet me at the gas station so I can fill up before it gets to the lake. First class service.
