WORST REAL ESTATE AGENCY EVER! I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH NATALIA SANCHEZ. SHE IS RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. HER CLIENTS ARE SLUMLORDS AND THEIR PROPERTIES ARE TRASH! MY AC HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE SEPTEMBER AND THEY HAVE YET TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS. I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT RUDE TREATMENT FROM NATALIE AND HER CLIENT. SHE SHOULD NOT BE REALTOR AND I WOULD NOT TRUST HER WITH MY BUSINESS OR INFORMATION.

This company is the best! The service was excellent, I had a short term rental property with another property management company and they always had an excuse as to why my maintenance costs where so high. Reinaldo (the owner) took over the management and has lowered my operating costs (increasing my profits!). I highly recommend them. Do give them a call.

Reinaldo is a highly competitive Real Estate Broker with excellent sales and marketing skills who makes the home buying process easy for her clients.

We worked with Jonathan and Leidy, they were alsome for 2 years above and beyond greatly appreaciate the both of them.

If I could give no stars, I would. Leidy Sanquiz is the most unprofessional, rude and worst realtor we have worked with. Our experience with her was a nightmare since day 1 until the last day. This is not our first experience renting but first experience like this. She expected us to collect the owners mail and deliver it to her office, when something was wrong in the house we had issues with getting it fixed, told us not to wear shoes on second floor, tried to argue with us when we refused her entry to the house during a worldwide pandemic. She even went to the extent of slamming the door on my mothers face. She refuse to speak to me because English is my first language and not hers. Ignored my calls and had to call office to finally get in contact with her. Once I spoke to her she yelled at me and tried to belittle me. Inclusively she tried to use our security deposit to pay for unnecessary and normal wear and tear. We have a new realtor and our current experience is night and day.

I DO not recommend Leidy to anyone.

The owner, Reinaldo Ramon is rude, unprofessional and a racist. I responded to a rental listing and scheduled a showing with him. I arrived about fifty minutes early and didn t leave until an hour later (twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment) due to him not showing up. Let me not say him not showing up because I saw him slowly driving pass the residence twice staring through my vehicle (which I was sitting in). He may have had tinted windows but I could see it was him. Pictures of him are on the internet. Minutes after this, I decided to call him just to see if he had an explanation. He answers the phone, and stated that he was at the property and gave me an entirely different address he was at currently. He claimed to be at the wrong address, but I didn t believe it. Because I saw him driving by twice looking at me. He said give him five minutes. I gave him another ten minutes just to see if he would show up in the same vehicle. He didn t, so I left. I received NO apologies. There are cameras (with audio) on my vehicle (inside and out) so he can not deny any of this. Yes, I am of a different race than Reinaldo. Which is why I believe he deliberately stood me up. Also, I ve noticed that all of his positive reviews on the internet have Latin last names (even all of his employees). Go figure!
