If I could give no stars, I would. Leidy Sanquiz is the most unprofessional, rude and worst realtor we have worked with. Our experience with her was a nightmare since day 1 until the last day. This is not our first experience renting but first experience like this. She expected us to collect the owners mail and deliver it to her office, when something was wrong in the house we had issues with getting it fixed, told us not to wear shoes on second floor, tried to argue with us when we refused her entry to the house during a worldwide pandemic. She even went to the extent of slamming the door on my mothers face. She refuse to speak to me because English is my first language and not hers. Ignored my calls and had to call office to finally get in contact with her. Once I spoke to her she yelled at me and tried to belittle me. Inclusively she tried to use our security deposit to pay for unnecessary and normal wear and tear. We have a new realtor and our current experience is night and day.

I DO not recommend Leidy to anyone.
