Polite staff, but they seems to focus on customer money rather than what customer needs.

I seen many people are not satisfied with this dealership, I don't no who is running this, lot of scam, just making bmw name & fame to bad.
Don't trust on them, zero knowledge about servicing , just doing random stuff.
Avoid this better to search other dealers who are really doing good stuff.

Along with the ultimate driving pleasure, I had the ultimate customer experience! It was very smooth dealing with all the executives at this place. It was wonderful. Something to remember for a lifetime! Kudos to Navnit Motors and team. Special mention of Ebrahim who handled my entire deal. He was spectacular! Thanks a lot for everything. Hoping for a long term relationship with you guys as I wish to be a BMW loyalist.

My experience with Navnit motors has been nothing short of ABYSMAL.
I regret the day I stepped into the showroom run by third class individuals.
The salesman promised and comitted certain accessories to me before the deal and had a confirmation on a piece of paper.
The car was delivered without these promised accessories and I asked them why. They said because everything was delivered. After chasing them for 6 MONTHS they realized that they had made a mistake and they gave me ONE out of the THREE items promised. When I escalated the matter, the upper management was so rude I decided I didn't even want to pursue this further.

I will never buy a car from you again.

Till booking was being done, the guy who was handling the case Manjyot was fab experience..

His unfortunately went on leave due to some medical exigency, informed me, kept track even from icu, requested some colleague Kartik to do delivery on scheduled date..

Most pathetic sales guy for such high val purchases i came across, totally behaved like he was doing some favour... n dint even check completeness on papers, for every question, answer was Manjyot will update.. fastag missing, tcs missing, ncb benefit missing, name on invoice issue.. no involvement in pooja of car... even putting diety with 3m tape was done myself...

And mind u this is BMW, i bought not a Nano

Must say Mama, the office boy was much better n more courteous n concerned in the whole chain..

After that, there was a tick in box call received from Ms Sheetal... of no consequence at all..

Liked the car n was more happy for that, but customer experience 0/10...

I purchased X1 from BMW Navnit Motors. The entire process was assisted by Sohail. I did not visit the showroom before purchasing the car, but Sohail is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job explaining all the features just over the call. He was extremely polite, understanding of my requirements and made it possible to deliver the car quickly on the date he committed.
