I had a possible very expensive repair on my car. They found the problem, quote the price and when done it cost 1/2 less. Highly recommend Rolling Bay Automotive.

We love Rolling Bay Auto. They are proficient, attentive, and courteous. We have always received service which solves our auto issue the first time so I am confident in their ability to assess what really needs to be done. Sometimes they recommend something additional that needs to be done but there is no pressure, they just track it for when we do want this additional work performed.

Highly recommend Rolling Bay Automotive. Arrived on the island 3 yrs ago and didn't know where to bring my Prius for maintenance. Thought I'd give Rolling Bay a chance and I'm thrilled I did. I'll keep going back because of the friendly and reliable service.

Took my "beater" in for its periodic oil change. I was pleased at how quickly my service order was written and the courtesy shuttle was available to drop me at home. This shop is consistent with their service levels and punctuality (my car was ready when promised). Their service writers and mechanics are always friendly - and the oil change was a great value.

Terrible service. Called them to see if they could put a tire on a wheel for me, they said sure, it ll be done this afternoon. 4pm rolls around, no word from them, so I stopped by. They said oooh we didn t do it, it ll be done tomorrow first thing. No apology btw. Now, my truck is blocking my driveway up on a jack. If I had known they wouldn t do it that day, i would ve taken it elsewhere. So, next day, I call them mid morning. They said oh, we just finished. I drive over, and they LITERALLY HAD NOT DONE IT! I had to wait in the parking lot while they did it. To top it all off, they charged me $20, I called Kitsap Tire, they do it for $5! Never going there again.

Nice to have an auto shop in Rolling Bay, but pricing is way off. Was quoted $600 for a starter replacement over the phone. Final bill was $780. Gee thanks and beware.

I was having some car trouble, but wasn't close to home. I pulled into Rolling Bay just because it was close, but they were a Godsend! Super friendly, and went out of their way to help me get back home. Thanks so much, guys!

Rolling Bay has cared for our cars for 10 years. When they fix something, it STAYS fixed. Maintenance is not cheap there, but they are reliable and professional. They will give you a ride to wherever you are going and pick you up when the job is done.

Guys were really responsive, proactively ordered the rare battery, let me use their jumper kit and installed the battery the same day.

Great shop very friendly and always willing to answer questions and help.

They did a professional job with my oil change no complaints. They recommended that I urgently needed new rear brake pads, which they gave me a quote for $$$. Then I went to Les Schwab to get new tires so I ask them to check the pads. They said they were still good not even close to being ready to replace. So glad I got a second opinion I would have been out a lot of money.

Rolling Bay Automotive started servicing our Subaru Forester when we moved into the neighborhood last Summer. I've had nothing but positive experiences - friendly and competent, with reasonable estimates that they met.

Rolling Bay did the work I asked for, in a very timely manner and I will come back for future car repairs!

We have been going to Rolling Bay Auto for 15 years and they are the best! Ranji and his staff do whatever it takes to solve even the most perplexing car problems. They are friendly, thoughtful, and we trust them with all of our cars.

Everyone is cordial and knows what they're doing. Reasonable prices and quick service.

The help was courteous and and prompt but I was upsold optional service over the phone to the tune of four times the required work cost (from $45 to $215) without fair warning. I'll be more vigilant in the future about requesting quotes for *all* work from this shop!

Also, my first experience leaves me questioning their attention to detail as the repaired tire was noticably lower pressure than the others and lower than the manufacturer recommendation.

[Update] It turned out the tire plug didn't hold pressure after a day or so and on further review I was unhappy with the cost of other add-on work. I took the matter up with the manager and we compromised on the final bill.
