The help was courteous and and prompt but I was upsold optional service over the phone to the tune of four times the required work cost (from $45 to $215) without fair warning. I'll be more vigilant in the future about requesting quotes for *all* work from this shop!

Also, my first experience leaves me questioning their attention to detail as the repaired tire was noticably lower pressure than the others and lower than the manufacturer recommendation.

[Update] It turned out the tire plug didn't hold pressure after a day or so and on further review I was unhappy with the cost of other add-on work. I took the matter up with the manager and we compromised on the final bill.
