Ward North American was fantastic from the first call for a price, to the final goodbye after they unpacked us in the new house. They made the move as easy as possible.

Ward Moving took care of my move from Dallas to Colorado Springs and everything went off without a hitch. Molly was excellent at coordinating all the moving pieces with frequent communications throughout the process. The mover Vinny and his team of guys were awesome as well- on time, professional, quick and just overall great guys. Everything showed up with zero damage at the destination. Very impressed and would 100% recommend using the Ward Moving team.

People who picked up the phone were not helpful and had no idea what they had available. Horrible!!!

The moving crew showed up on time, they were very professional and made this a very easy and enjoyable experience. They worked very hard and took care with each and every item. Also the coordination and attention from everyone I felt with within the company was 2nd to none.

First of all, they came to my rescue when the other moving company fell through 24 hours before my move date. Sean, James and Mike were all very polite, professional, and did an excellent job packing and moving my things. I d recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Rober Suarez, the driver, and his crew were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the move process. They arrived on time each of the move days and provided excellent service. Cathryn Hilbig, the move coordinator, made sure to reach out during and after pack/load and delivery days. All in all it was a great experience and much less stressful than other moves!

We chose Ward North American van lines for a recent move. Dakota and his crew exceeded our expectations! While most of our belongings were boxed, they re-boxed many of our items just to insure safe travel. These guys and gal worked amazingly fast despite 100 degree heat.
They were courteous and professional throughout the process. When they delivered at our new home we got the same great service. The move coordinator Elizabeth and our sales person Jaden kept us well informed prior to move, during move & after move. Outstanding company and would highly recommend them for any move.

Ward North American was great to take care of storage and moving my household from San Antonio Texas to Broken Arrow OK. Their packers did a great job packing everything and it all arrived intact. They were very flexible in storing our household goods as our new house in OK took longer than expected to be able to move in. I highly recommend Ward North American if you are needing packing, storing and/or a move out of state.

Lorenzo, his brother and cousin are the best moving crew out there. They came to our house, packed our belongings, and moved them cross country before unloading them. They were easy to reach, communicated with us each step of the way, and treated our belongings as if they were theirs. They worked hard for three days for us and were friendly and cheerful throughout. They delivered as promised and handled the need to shuttle our belongings because of our location. Very efficient. They were what is this from the very beginning of the move and until the very end. They kept in touch with us the whole way and let us know when the van would arrive. The drivers and crew were professional and courteous.

I cannot say enough positive things about Ward North American, specifically Cassandra, Glen Phillips, and the entire crew that worked with us during our move from Charlotte, NC to San Antonio, TX! They were on-time (and even early, but always made sure it was OK if they started a little early) for both the packing, loading and unloading of our goods. Glen is AMAZING and extremely attentive to detail. Cassandra is INCREDIBLE! She checked in with me every step of the way, making sure everything was handled properly and to my satisfaction. I am a military BRAT who has been through over a dozen moves in my life, and as a civilian adult, I would never want to use anyone else. No move I can remember has been this smooth and organized. The third party company (MSS) that they used for other items (beds, TVs, washer/dryer, our Grandmother clock) were equally as friendly, professional and impressive. I would give more than five stars if I could! Incredible experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! When (what feels like) your life and all of your precious items are being handled, there is no greater feeling than fully being able to trust and count on the people handling them.

I DO NOT recommend using Roger Ward-San Antonio if you are looking to relocate your property or household goods out of state. I was first misled by their move consultant J.A. then disappointed with the lack of Corporate follow up regarding failure to deliver on date as contracted. I recommend using A-1 FREEMAN NORTH AMERICAN Vanlines<they are honest and professional!

We were very pleased with the job that the movers did. They were very professional and courteous and completed the job in a timely manner.

I spent one month packing and preparing for the move, had been in the house 17 years, it was our first move where we didn t move ourselves, so didn t really know what to expect. I was concerned about fragile glass, furniture etc that could be inadvertently damaged during a move. My wife had contracted with Ward North American a co worker had said it was the best move he had ever had. A four man crew showed up in the morning consisting of Joel Hernandez Jr, Francisco Torres , Raul Landin, and Joshua Velasquez. These men loaded up everything in the house , a lot of boxes and large glass picture frames etc. The following day at the.new house everything went like clockwork. All property was undamaged. The crew did everything to make the move susccesful. Would highly recommend award.

This was my first time moving professionally and I was really impressed by the job performance! Robert was the main member of the crew and him and his helper took good care of my stuff throughout. I have a little dog and they didn t mind that she was out playing around the hose while they were packing and counting inventory. My destination was about a 4 hour drive and they arrived on time. Everything was accounted for and in the same condition as it was when it was at my old house. My old house could not accept a semi truck and trailer so they had to rent a U-Haul and transport it to the trailer which they didn t mind. My company paid for it, but it has definitely changed my perspective on moving! I m not sure I ll do it by myself again, unless it s within a short distance!

The Ward North American team helped us tremendously to move furniture into our garage and back into their places while we did a small remodel. They were professional, courteous yet fast and efficient and took great care of our belongings. I am very grateful for their hard work and will use them again in the future.

First class service from start to finish! Our relocation coordinator contacted us immediately following notification of our move. Her communications, both electronically and over the phone, were frequent, relevant, well timed and professional. She made sure we knew, in very clear terms, our timeline, what type of service we could expect, the people that would be contacting us and their phone numbers. Everything happened as she explained with surprising results.

James Spradling was our driver and packing/unpacking team leader. He too was prompt, consistent, courteous, and professional with all of his communications. James and his team arrived on time and clearly explained their plan to pack and load our belongings. The surprising result came when James explained the team was performing exceptionally well and was ahead of schedule. He listened to our situation and evaluated his schedule then proceeded to inform us that he had time within the original schedule to deliver our goods the same day! A true blessing!

James and crew drove to our new location, about 3 hours away and across state lines, just after loading. We walked through the new house and, after a brief tour, the unloading began. Yet again James and crew exceeded our expectations! Our belongings were unloaded/unpacked just as we had discussed without incident or damage.

I am retired military, 20+ years of service, and have moved 15 times in 25 years. I can honestly say that this particular move was the easiest thanks too this entire team! James Spradling and his crew are definitely the best I have had the pleasure of working with during any of my relocations. If I relocate again in the future, I will choose Ward and specifically request James Spradling to be our driver of choice!

Wants North American was everything we could have asked for on movers! On time, great crew, friendly, and efficient. The process was smooth and all my questions were answered quickly. The crew managed to perfectly jigsaw all of our items into a storage unit I never thought would fit everything! They assisted with junk haul off and were wonderful to work with. Will definitely be using them again once our house is completed and we need to move out of that expertly packed storage unit!

Great place to relax out in the Texas Hill Country after a long drive, or busy day at work. Friendly staff, good food and drinks. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Nothing fancy, just roadhouse type comfort food and hospitality. Stop in and enjoy ya'll.

Ward was accurate in its assessment of our personal property. They did not quote low, then bill for overage like I have heard is quite common in the moving industry. Kudos to Randy and his crew in San Antonio and in Canon City. They were very careful with our personal belongings, easy to work with, and professional in all aspects of the Customer Service. I would recommend them to others for any move. Our move was very involved. We relocated a 5 bedroom home with 3 car garage, work shop and barn. Thanks again for making what would otherwise be a very stressful experience into a pleasant one.

I was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency with which our home goods were packed and loaded for our cross country move. The crews on both ends were friendly, polite, and eager to make sure their service exceeded our expectations.

We have moved many times and this move was exceptional - especially on the packing/hauling end. I cannot say enough good things about the people who took care of us because THEY TOOK CARE OF US. Absolutely exceptional!

I'm not sure if something has changed with this company in the last few years since the first reviews were written, but my experience with them has been phenomenal! Admittedly, I didn't have a whole house to move nor did I need any packing/boxing services, but I needed an obscenely heavy old piano picked up from one house and delivered to another (totally local move).

They showed up on time, carefully moved the piano out of the house, gently put it on their truck, and called me on their way to the destination so that someone could meet them to let them in. They ended up waiting a little bit for the homeowner to get to the destination, but the movers didn't seem phased by that at all. Once access had been granted they promptly brought the piano down off the truck, put it on a little furniture dolly, and brought it into the house.

It was as fluid and smooth a transaction as you would hope for with a moving company. The price seemed very reasonable, especially since they offered a small arrival window versus having to wait around for them all day; time is money as they say! I hope to do business with Ward North American's San Antonio office again soon!

From start to finish, these guys were professional all the way. We did most of the packing ourselves, so Ward did the loading, transport, and unloading. It was obvious that they cared about our property and possessions, taking great care to wrap everything in blankets before loading onto the truck. Raoul was amazing, packing each row all the way to the roof of the truck with virtually no wasted space or room for things to shift. We would definitely use this crew again and highly recommend them to others who are considering an interstate move.

I was skeptical and worried about using an out of state service. I had heard so many horror stories about movers breaking your things, holding your items hostage and demanding more money etc., but this company was different from the very first phone call. They were professional, responsive, timely and reasonably priced. All of my questions were answered and they kept in touch every step of the way. The movers arrived and packed up my items with care, loaded and transported them to another state even arriving earlier than expected ready to complete the job. I was a nervous wreck but they handled it all with grace and smiles. I can t speak for other companies but if you need someone you CAN TRUST, call these guys. You won t be disappointed.

Movers were great on both ends. Woman who handled the logistics from San Antonio was AWOL. I called several times to find out when the movers would be delivering the furniture. I was able to reach her on several of my calls. Each time she promised to call back and never did. Not once did I get a return phone call from her. I have moved many times and dealing with her was the worst.

Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Moving is never easy and we appreciate how Wards went above and beyond to make sure our needs were being met. Thank you for everything and we highly recommend your company!

I was blown away by the care and attention I was given for a small local move. When I say local, I mean *local* - we moved our stuff into a storage pod for a home renovation project. The guys showed up on time, with a great mood, and tons of energy. They did exactly what we had hoped they would do and always did it with smiles on their faces. The guy leading the crew must be a Tetris master... it's amazing how to they fit all our stuff into one small space! I'm definitely hiring this company to unpack everything as well as to help us any time we move in the future. Thank you!

Our coordinator, Jennifer Haynes, was also excellent. She was responsive to changes in scheduling, checked on us frequently before, during and after the move. We were well pleased with their roles in making our move as seamless as possible.

I've made over twenty long distance moves in my life. The crews that handled my move from San Antonio, Texas to Sister Bay, Wisconsin were the absolute best I've had. Both, loading to take to storage and the crew that drove to Wisconsin and unloaded. They were professional, showed exceptional care with our belongings, very friendly and hard working. There was no damage to our furnishings. I give the crews five stars. The delivery was one day past the range I was quoted but in fairness, it was less than a full load which had to be coordinated with other distant stops. Additionally, the quote was higher than the actual cost, based on the weight. I had to ask to have verbiage put in the agreement so I would pay for the actual weight rather than the higher amount I would have committed to in the contract..The only other reason I gave four stars rather than five was the lack of responses in a timely manner when communicating, which made it difficult for me to plan my travel and arrange contractors at my new home. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend Ward North American Van Lines to others.

I recently moved from Los Angeles to the Dallas Fort Worth area and my moving experience was extremely positive thanks to Ward. The movers were kind, cordial, professional, and incredibly efficient. They followed all Covid-19 safety protocols and made me feel secure while coming into my home. My moving coordinator, Katie was also very prompt and timely in her responses and immediately assisted with the very few hiccups I did have. I can't thank them enough for their help during this process, especially at a time like now.

Used for a company relocation and I was not impressed at all. Moving day the movers showed up late, I had to constantly call and remind them of when and where I was going to be moving and to make sure I was still 'on schedule'. Use someone else if you can

I've moved 10+ times in my life and have to say that this was the best moving experience I have ever encountered. The teams were very professional and took good care of our floors by putting cardboard in ever area they would be moving items. I experienced good and bad movers and can say with confidence that I would recommend this moving company to anyone. This was my third cross country move and by far the easiest!! Erika and Elizabeth coordinated every detail perfectly, from my household goods survey to scheduling pick up and drop off times. They even provided used boxes at no cost to me. They were always available to answer questions with accuracy and professionalism. Zachary and his loading and unloading crews were absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough positive things about Zachary. He is an outstanding truck driver who can back that semi into the smallest spaces!! He put me at ease immediately and I was so confident he would get my belongings safely to their destination that I ended up giving him some of my most sentimental family heirlooms to take on his truck. The loading crew in Texas took such gentle care in wrapping and loading those items. I could not have done it as well myself! Zachary told me when he would arrive at my new home and he was right on time. Elizabeth kept me up to date on arrival and Erika called to ensure things were going well throughout the entire process. The unloading crew in Georgia was just as amazing and careful. When all said and done, there was not one mark on my walls or floors and every single piece arrived in perfect condition! Ward North American also arranged for transport of my prized 1976 Corvette Stingray. I was a little worried since she is my baby, but Jason took great care of her and transported her in an enclosed semi with a flat bed lift. She arrived safe and sound! Many thanks to the entire Ward crew for making my move so pleasant and uneventful. Y all are AMAZING!! I highly recommend Ward North American for all your moving needs. Most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I feel like they are family! Love you guys!!

The movers (impressive husband and wife partnership) are an awesome team. They outlined what to expect and delivered. The individuals who packed all our glass and fragile items were awesome too. The local moving support arrived late and that was disappointing and made it a bit stressful.
