Ryan installed a new damper on our chimney. He was not only kind and considerate but also extremely knowledgeable. Ryan always had his shoes covered with plastic booties to keep my floors clean and left the fireplace looking better than it did before he arrived. He answered all of my questions and also offered to contact others for further details on questions I had. Joey helped us remove a bad insert and he was also very kind and listened to all of my concerned. I would highly recommend Collier. Thanks Ryan and Joey!

Need to be able to give -Less than 1 star.We are Lucky to be Alive because they Did Not Complete Our New Furnace Installation.Did Not Tighten Gas Fittings,gas has been Leaking into Our home since November.(6 months) Did Not Complete theChimney Install! All They have to say is"at least it's fixed Now"!!!!! Anyone that has this problem should contact Your Doctor and Attorney ASAP!
Jason Shepherd came to my home on 11/12 as I didn't have any heat. The blower would work, just wasn't getting heat. He found and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. And while doing a quick check on my furnace noticed that I had a serious problem that needed to be fixed. Gave some honest suggestions, didn't push me into making any choices right away. Let me know of some programs that would be helpful to me. Was very polite and took his time explaining what needed to be done to make my furnace safe to run. This was the first time I used Collier's and I plan to use them in the future.
My old furnace was condemned, and this was the first huge household purchase I've had to make. I was very anxious about the process, but Collier's made it easy every step of the way, from evaluating the unit that made the most sense for my home and budget, to scheduling me in as quickly as they could, and a truly professional installation by Jeff, Trent and Denver. They couldn't have been nicer guys. I would have no hesitation about recommending Collier's or using them again in the future.
I had Colliers add air conditioning to an existing furnace. The person who did the estimate was knowledgeable and didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't need. I didn't have to wait long for it to be installed, and the installers that came out were on time, super nice and did a very neat job inside and out. Highly satisfied!
Collier was always our trusted vendor when it came to our HVAC servicing...until we decided it was time to sell our home. We had Collier out to our home in December of 2018 and then again in February of 2019 to do routine servicing as well as maintenance to our HVAC system, as we had concerns and assumed it might need to be replaced or, at a minimum, have some of the components replaced. To our surprise, the technician told us there was nothing wrong with our HVAC system and told us that we should have our Hot Water Heater checked out, as he noticed some things he was concerned about but wasn't the expert. The Collier expert came out later that day and told us there was nothing wrong with our hot water heater. We were relieved and happy that we didn't need to spend a ton of extra money on HVAC or hot water heater replacements.
A month later, we decided to sell our home. The inspector recommended that the buyer have some things checked out prior to purchasing, which included the HVAC system and the hot water heater. The buyer chose Collier, which we were, at the time, happy about, as they knew our home and the regular maintenance we have had. They informed the buyer that our HVAC system had a lot of issues and needed components replaced as well as we needed to replace our hot water heater.
This was a huge shock to us, as we have always been very open and honest with the technicians that have come to our home to say we were expecting to be told it was time to replace. We wanted to have a second opinion on the HVAC and hot water heater as this made no sense to us. We had another company come out and give an opinion. While they did mention that the HVAC system did need some parts replaced (at a third of the cost that Collier quoted), they were floored that we had our system serviced twice a year. They said it looks like it had not been serviced for years! We told them Collier came out at least twice a year to service it and additional times as we had issues with belts/bearings. They also asked why we didn't have a furnace filter in our system. We let them know Collier in February 2019 told us there was no point since there wasn't any brackets for it (mind you they installed this system for the old owners). The second company recommended we install brackets (less than $100) and keep the filter as it serves a purpose in your HVAC system.
Even today, I received a bill at my new home for the cost of the service call that the buyer scheduled (at their own expense) for Collier. I called to let them know there had been some confusion, as we no longer live in the home and the bill was dated for service the same day the buyer had them out and that our bill from February was paid months ago. The rude lady asked when we sold the home, which was obviously after the service call and told me that it was my responsibility to pay the bill. I told her this is ridiculous, you have to have some sort of service order form that stated who requested the service. You cannot send me a bill for something I didn't schedule and demand I pay.
I WOULD NEVER USE COLLIER for anything and am disappointed I gave them my business for so many years.
Had them install a gas line in my crawl space for a new stove I'm getting. Good quote, very professional, got the job done in a clean and tidy manner. Even was kind enough to help me get my cat out of the crawl space after it followed the worker down there. Highly recommend and will likely use them on future projects.
Do not use this company. Improperly repaired our furnace, and charged for services I didn't ask for. Repair failed within 24 hours, luckily it didn't cause a fire. I called someone else to fix their repair and didn't have them replace the furnace like they "recommended". Owner and manager were extremely unprofessional and tried to bully my wife, and I quote, "we won't do anything for you unless you buy a new furnace from us". Lessons learned; 1. Always get a second opinion. 2. Don't pay for services on the spot, then you have no leverage for shoddy repairs. 3. I should have taken them to small claims court.
They did a terrific job of setting up my new system.They had to spend extra time to get it just right.On top of that they were very courteous about keeping me in the loop about the process.
I was thrilled with my service. The repair man was honest, friendly and professional. I wish all companies had employees like him. Thank you for the great service!
The technicians I had Phil, Jared and Ryan fantastic very knowledgeable very friendly courteous and professional. They kept the worksite very clean why they worked was very nice with my pet dog shadow and very explicit on instructions for the Wi-Fi, furnace and AC unit also on other services Collier s provides fantastic job

Jeremy from Collier's came to my house yesterday to do my fall furnace maintenance. He was very professional and explained what he had done and answered my questions. It's a plus that the Collier's guys put on paper booties when they come in the house. I highly recommend Collier's Heating and Air Conditioning!
We needed to replace our outdoor gas grill by the 4th of July. Collier's and their staff came through. We purchase a Broilmaster Premium Grill, the price came in where we wanted to be, Collier's staff ordered the grill and installed the grill and removed the old grill. We had a tight time frame but they made it happen. Thanks so much for making the 4th of July a fun grilling time for our family.
We had Collier s come out to check our fireplace. The gentleman cleaned it all up and told us it was a 400 dollar part we needed. I told them to go ahead and get the part. Due to the holidays I waited and waited. I called and they took my number and said somebody will call you. Two more weeks later my furnace goes out. I called someone else. That person comes out fixed my furnace and fireplace for 200 dollars. So I am sorry I can NOT recommend Collier s of Warsaw.
Have only met with Ryan in sales at the moment. He is very professional. Very polite and respectful. Very knowledgeable. Makes sure you understand everything that he is telling you and that all your questions are answered.
The guys showed up on time and did the job they were sent to do (install natural gas garage heater). They seemed to stay busy for the time they were on-site and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. I signed their worksheet after the heater was demoed to me, and then they were on their way
Colliers recently installed a new furnace and a/c system, including duct cleaning and rerouting of dampers and zones to more effectively and efficiently heat and cool our home. In addition, they permanently installed a Napoleon grill and cooktop on our patio. Through every step of this work, they took the time to plan, modify and inform us what would work best for us. Their employees were polite and respectful of our home, and kept their work areas clean. We are very pleased with Colliers and would highly recommend them!
Had a part in My furnace go bad Sunday night the week of Thanksgiving called Chuck at Collier's and gave him the make and model of the furnace he found the part and had it in the day. Outstanding service had the furnace up and running Tuesday before thanksgiving 1 less worry on a very busy week.
Getting a new furnace is never fun but had a good experience with Hunter and Jeff installing the necessary new one. They were on time, very pleasant, knowledgeable and explained things so we could understand. Double checked everything before they left and all in a timely manner. Would recommend them for any installation.
We recently had our fireplace serviced (which Collier's also installed). The rep was nothing but respectful and polite in our home. He was also able to answer any questions we asked.
Colllier s installed a central humidifier on my furnace. They were in constant contact with me from quoting to scheduling to install. The 2 men arrived at 4:30 and were done by 6:30 and did a good job of installing and clean up. The install itself is neat and orderly and Trent made sure I was happy before they left. I only have 4 stars only because I haven t been able to try the system yet, otherwise it would be 5 stars. I ll revisit this review at a later date.

Collier's replaced our furnace and a few years later our central air. Both experiences were very positive. The tech was knowledgeable and helpful. When our furnace went out, they went above and beyond to keep us warm until the installation was complete. This company's customer service sets them apart.
Explain things in detail from the salesman to the technicians. Both answered any questions I had. Even when doing the work. Though it was a long day for them, they said would stay till it done. New furnace and air conditioner. William and his co - worker we re awesome polite professional- as well as Chris (salesman). And Mary rocks. They took care with my installation, they took care with my landscaping, floors and walls. I am grateful for that. I wanted to do less work and a cheaper job but it wasn't in my best long term interest. They were honest about that and gave me several options to choose from. Nice Job. I bought both a furnace and air conditioner.
