One of the many on the canoe highway ...... What do you mean, canoeing, there is no more room on the Dommel. Rofra is fine but canoeing ....

The planning and thinking in this company could be a little better.
Booked yesterday to ride Solex for 3 hours. We arrive neatly at the scheduled time but then had to wait another 45 minutes due to instructions before we could really start. Because of this we also had to reschedule the planned dinner. After 20 minutes on the Solex it started to rain heavily so we hid under a tree for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes called what was possible and if we could come back another time for a 2 hour route. .. We were told to choose a new route ourselves because rofra's route turned out to be only in the rain at that time. Tried to do this but it is quite difficult to find a route if you do not know the area. Then drove back to rofra to scan the 2-hour route QR code, it did not work on our phones unfortunately .... After that we drove around for an hour to where the Solex broke and we had to wait for a new one. Then we just went back and stopped because it was a big mess.

Great place for canoeing, paintball & survival! Top service, cheap and strong material! RECOMMENDED!

Sporting day out! Boarding possible from Neerpelt or Borkel. The Dommel is wonderful to sail to.

The trip itself is a lot of fun. Enjoy paddling in nature ... A lot of fun. Everything is well organized in itself (too many people too close together on the bus! Employees could be a bit more friendly, the boss of the whole as well and a little more people in the service, but otherwise) a very nice outing.

Nice alternative route because the water in the Dommel was too low, but also a very nice route! Awesome. Clear explanation, good canoes.

Rented mountain bikes and made a tour of 22 km. Location of Rofra is very neat and tidy. Price ok too. Only not 5 stars because the bikes were not all equally well adjusted. This also fed back.

Nice trip over the dommel, only the part of Belgium has a lot of very low hanging branches. Would be nice if these are pruned, especially for the inexperienced people. And take anti-mosquito stuff with it!

Have known very well what they are doing for years. Nice reception location. Excellent materials, only downside is that there is little to no help with the end point. While now, at the low water level, extra help is on the way.

Nice staff, took the time to speak to us and to explain all the possibilities.

Well organized business! Unfortunately a lot of mosquitoes on the water and the ride was TO long. Sat with a crying child. No more for us.

Nice collection location. Restaurant available. You will be taken to the starting location by bus. At the end location you have to do it yourself.

On the dutch Dommel to Valkenswaard in Eindhoven region. They have a nice centre and very much outdoor activities to offer. Great place for a relaxed business strategy session.

Good activities for children, although they are a bit unnatural. The child paintball was fun, but the weapons unreliable and the masks disgusting and sour on the inside. Bad food, only sandwiches and chocolate for snack and lunch. Although it was served with apple and water, it was not a nutritious food for growing 12-year-olds.

Nice, only we were not told that you had to get the canoes out of the water 3 times on the big route and then go back in a bit further. This may be added!

Very nice sailing with the canoe, beautiful surroundings.
Regarding the boathouse, it is a pity that there are no (vegetarian) snacks, cheese plates for 1 person.

Very nice way to be active for a day and enjoy nature. With 2 people the Canadian boat rented and the long journey from Belgium sailed. For 2 adults physically already quite challenging because of the effort and the distance, I can imagine that families with young children who traveled the same distance had overestimated this. But enjoyed 4 hours myself and seen beautiful nature, enough places to moor and go ashore. Flow was hardly present, so hardly got wet. The tons to be rented ensured that the most important items would certainly remain dry, but in our case it was almost unnecessary. Very nice day on the water and a must for people who are looking for a sporting day out!

Ordered furniture that is 2.5 months late in being delivered. The customer service will not refund my money or tell me when my furniture will be delivered.

Here I rented bicycles to cycle for a day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice canoe trip on the dommel beautiful nature environment.
Halfway through the trip a lot of mosquitoes that could bite well had days itching. Advice long pants and long sleeves.
And in lubrication with an anti-mosquito agent.
But definitely worth it.
We certainly enjoyed giving too few stars. TOP

Nice activity center. Lots of variety of activities. Nice main building. Dress up warmly for outdoor activities in December! Cozy with a large group. Enthusiastic supervisors.

Had a wonderful kayak trip through a phenomenal nature reserve! Warmly received by a youthful enthusiastic team. Just a wonderful experience, definitely recommended with nice weather!

Fast, easy booking. We were able to adjust the reservation last minute because the children could not sail the trip too long for them alone. Friendly and fast staff. Professional company

We had a nice canoe trip on the Dommel. We paddled with two couples from Neerpelt to Valkenswaard, approximately 15 km. Good to do within 4 hours with a break. Reception and the canoe was good. The guidance from the Boothuis could be better. The bus did not leave without reason. It turned out later that they were waiting for latecomers.
Our demand for kayak paddles was turned off but could not be arranged ...
A low bridge was warned upon departure. Okay, but the bridge could not be sailed under, so jam.

Had a very nice canoe trip. At the end, many rofra employees were loading the trailers with canoes. But 2 women with children were not helped by them. After 5 minutes we just got off the terrace to help the women with children. This was the only minus point. Probably too young staff. Because they saw that the ladies did not succeed. But helping was too much to ask

Very nice with the kids, easy paddling with the meandering stream about 5 meter wide and not very deap (which feels safe)

Solex with the family here. Everyone was allowed to leave on the sign the young man gave. He gave this sign, but my solex was not working properly yet. He did not get him to talk himself and went to get another one for me. But in the meantime my family was gone. My brother had been waiting for me. But the young man gave us an indoor route and told us where we had to wait and then the family came along. The minutes passed and no family to be found. But called my mother, but they couldn't describe where they were. Then the young man came and said they should have been there a long time, but then did nothing with it. We ourselves had no route. This only had 2 people. So went back to rofra and they couldn't do anything for me and my brother. In addition, we asked for our money back because we were unable to drive a solex at all, but they did not respond to this either. Bad organization if you ask me!

Great for canoeing . You will be picked up. And helped along the way at the locks. Quite a bit of canoeing, but you do have a good time on the road.

Rofra is the source for a fun day out for everyone and to experience everything for all age groups!

Super nice ... just a pity that due to the low water level we had to walk a long way through the water ... with all the consequences that entails (you do not see what is in the water) so .... opened my foot and for my parents couldn't do it (both in their 70s)

Providing bad and incorrect information. Phone calls are more important than customers. If you want a refund for services not provided, you will receive a voucher. It's that we were with good company, but never again for us.

Friendly welcome at this sports center where you can book a variety of tours, for example mopeds, motorcycling in a group or a kayak trip on the Dommel. With a spacious free parking and an outdoor playground for the younger children.

Had a great afternoon with the family. Short canoe trips done, enjoyed. Service, accommodation and equipment was perfect.

Large activity center with ample opportunities for an active day and good service

We sometimes use the steps / kickbikes. Now a total of 4 times. They are fine! No complaints. Do not expect top quality sport or new kick bikes. There is sometimes something not essential on the bike or something, can be annoying but otherwise everything that is essential always does and tires are properly inflated. If you ask something it will be arranged. You can borrow card standards, we never do.
