Top shop. Recently bought pants and shirts for my dad. Were very well helped by the gentlemen very helpfully thinking with you
come with it. Always going out with more clothes that says enough. I do find staff in the men's department more helpful than the ladies. Sometimes no attention to the customer.

Roetgerink... wat een waardeloze webshop.
Na de bestelling had ik heel snel de bevestiging dat mij bestelling was ontvangen en de volgende werkdag verzonden zou worden. De eerste dag kreeg ik geen verzendbewijs met T&T code. Na contact met de klanten service heb ik deze als nog ontvangen er was iets fout gegaan met in het systeem. Maar op dag 2 geen paketje... dag 3 wederom geen paketje. Dus maar weer met de klanten service gebeld. daar werd mij gemeld dat er wederom wat fout was gegaan bij het aanleveren van een container bij de bezorger. Op de vraag wanneer ik het pakketje dan wel kon verwachten werd mij medegedeeld dat ze zelf geen idee hadden waar het pakketje nu was. En dat ik moest afwachten ik hoefde er ook niet voor thuis te blijven want ik kon het pakketje ook ophalen op het post kantoor.

Roetgerink is zelf van mening dat het niet hun fout is maar die van de bezorger... Maar Roetgerink ik heb bij jullie een product gekocht en niet bij de bezorger.

Inmiddels ben ik terug gebeld met excuses, maar er is nog steeds geen oplossing.

Great help from personal shopper Miranda, thanks for this. Had to have a dress for two occasions and I succeeded very well. Combination with a shoe store across the street is very nice. You are going to choose matching shoes in your new clothes. Miranda took all the time and doesn't talk to you. Although I have to drive an hour to get to Enter, I will definitely be back!

Lots of fashion discounts before Christmas. If the pants are too long, they make it shorter within an hour for a small fee. In the meantime you can drink coffee or tea, which is free. Good service, without being intrusive.

Fashion store with a lot of choice. Both in the more expensive and the cheaper segment. It must go really crazy if you don't want to be able to find something here.
Unfortunately, the staff does not seem to be really motivated. With the casual clothes you are greeted by the staff in a friendly manner. In the men's department at the suits, they don't see you as a customer. Let alone be helped.
A pity, because Roetgerink fashion is pretty good. I really mean that.
Fortunately there are other clothing stores where they have understood that it is the customer who ensures that the salary can be paid monthly.
