Excellent food and service. The wait staff really cares about the restaurant they work for and the customer's satisfaction. I'm glad to see that in these times we're living in when lots of people would rather collect unemployment.

Great service and atmosphere, the staff was super friendly and attentive. Now for the food... Finally a place with flavor in Estes Park!! Looking forward to going back and trying some more dishes! Also on the drink menu, absolutely creative and wonderful choices with alcohol and without. There was good music playing in the background creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal.
Went in on A Friday and had a great experience. Filet was on point and cooked perfectly which is seldom the case. Bartender (lady) was extremely friendly with trails and places to go with the little guy. Only downside was the rib appetizer, it was the special so maybe the chef was trying out some new tricks. Raw hush puppies and extremely tough ribs but if it s not on the menu, you can t take away stars in my opinion. Well done.
Best steak we ve ever had - and we are from Texas! Came to Estes for a short birthday weekend and here for my birthday dinner. Megan was extremely nice over the phone and put our name on the wait list. Angie was our server and did an outstanding job! She made us feel welcomed and her service was excellent! She suggested the special - which was a 7oz filet seared with a cajun spice and topped with a type of creamy alfredo sauce. We added shrimp and it came with grilled broccoli and we chose a house salad as a side for a couple of bucks more. We are always skeptical about a sauce on a good cut of meat, but like my husband said- it may have had a sauce (that was amazing) but the cook made sure there was an excellent steak under there! It had a nice crisp outside and the medium cook was perfect! As close to medium rare/medium as it could possibly be - and not overbearing in spices! The broccoli was cooked just perfect- still a little crunchy and seasoned just right. We chose a slice of carrot cake and my birthday cake was a special (super moist) cake with cream cheese/lavender frosting - wow, just wow! Thank you for the wonderful evening, great service, and hospitality! Will be back here for sure:)
Favorite place to go while in Estes. The food is always good and reasonably fresh (for a mountain town). The atmosphere is always lively and a lot of fun. The rustic feel of the "Log Cabin" restaurant and the warmth of the old school wood stove really add to the charm of this place. Definitely worth a stop after a long day of being in up in the park!
Great food and even better service! There was live music and I heard the musician say he would be there every Wednesday. Our food was served timely and it could not have been better! We had elk sausage for an appetizer, our table ordered the white wine pasta, chicken flatbread, wings, loaded potato soup and caesar salad. The portions can easily be split between two people. Can't wait to go back!
Place was recommended to me and now I'll definitely recommended it too! Wonderful food Wonderful service from our server Sarah. 10/10 will eat there again!

If you are looking for a cozy place in estes to have an incredible meal look no further. The staff and bartenders truly make you feel at home. All the food was delicious. My wife and I both had steaks. Cooked perfectly.
5 start experience for sure! Food is really good and definitely not the same old menu options as in every other restaurant. Staff is amazing and they really care about their customers. Try the stroganoff and the meatloaf (it was a special the day we visited). They also have a great selection of local draft beer
