Worthless people wording know how to do the simplistic task. Their the worst people to work with. Disrespectful unprofessional and no integrity. Take credit for things they can t do. They will make your life impossible and sbatoge yourehealth!
During a pandemic is not the time to re evaluate pre- authorization. I have been denied my prescribed treatment for Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism for a month. A condition I've been treated for for the last 23 years. I need these meds. I've already tried the others without success. I've been successful with the one you won't let me have. Lrt me have my medication. If I die from this, my family will see to it that you never kill another person again. It is prescribed to me. My doctor wants me on this medication because it works. Now, without it, my hair is falling out.
My partner was scheduled to have Cataract surgery and he wanted to do it out of network. We called to make sure that Medicare will still pay for 80% of the claim because he was ready to pay the other 20% to get a better doctor. After a smaller claim was denied by Rocky Mountain we called to make sure we wouldn't have problems with the Cataract surgery and they would not tell us if medicare would pay the claim knowing very well they wouldn't because of their "cost-sharing" agreement. It was only our doctor staff - people who are not in the insurance industry - who were able to tell us that Medicare would not pay because of the arrangement they have with Rocky Mountain. The 1 star is not because of the non payment, it is because the people we talked to - 3 in total - gave us illogical explanations, contradicting information, and almost cost us thousands. They won't tell you plainly "if you go out of network you will have to pay 100%". They will give you the runaround that you need to talk to Medicare, or your doctor office to find out what's covered or not knowing very well that their agreement with Medicare will result in denial of all claims made out of network.
Nate was beyond helpful and informative! I wrongfully received a bill from St. Mary s and he went above and beyond making sure it gets taken care of. I called expecting a negative experience based on reviews but now I can breathe again! Thank you Nate!
I was retroactively canceled for not disclosing that I went to an ER years prior. They then stuck me with over $4k in bills, when I was current and payed up on the insurance plan. What a joke.
