listen people. in reference to gta 5. These companies forget how they made it this far. and it is from people like you and me helping them each step of the way.they made millions off us and they cant produce a games that works. 90 percent of the buyers bought the game for the online. there is a great percentage of users who cant even play the online feature because, in simple terms doesn't work. millions they made off people like us and there server suck. Every time i went online it freeze my whole system. so After two days of relentless reseting my latest generation ps3 system. i finally get online and make it to level 21, accumulated over 120,000. i go to sleep wake up the next day to a system update for gta5. i go to pick my character and he is gone!!! but my money is still there???? all the work i did, gone just like that. why am i paying Rockstar 60 to 80 dollars for something that doesn't work??? they knew this was going to be a problem when they design the game. they are not idiots. they knew it would be a when they saw how many copies they sold. if you the users believe, they (Rockstar)didn't think it would sale so many or they didn't think it would do this good, your a fool. Rockstar knew from day one. we are telling our friends to buy the game (more money for Rockstar) so we can play with them and when they do guess what they cant play. when and if they get on and get high level you'll be deleted. and have to start all over. this has happened to a lot of users already me included. level 21 gone. they want us to be patient. we've been patient for two weeks while they prepared for the online. updates for the system are suppose to be good for the system the other way around. we made them who they are and they treat us like this. the problem should of been solved day one. i downloaded the game and i will be seeing if i can return it. everyone should do the same. im not going to settle for this. i want my money back. i will never buy another rockstar game again. i remember when i bought my first rockstar game, it was "oni". i cant follow someone who treat the one thing that makes there world turn like crap. everyone should return it. if i can i will if i cant you wont get another penny out of me.

Rockstar Games provides the single worse customer service experience you can get. My account was banned and my character of over 500 hours of play was deleted from GTA Online, without any reason given. I have never cheated or modified the game in any way, or done anything that would violate the Terms of Service agreement, or the EULA and nobody at the help desk would even listen to me. I was hung up on constantly, and denied access to a supervisor or anyone who I could talk to about it. Their policy is to not listen and ignore you when you have a problem.

Rockstar is the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I do not understand how they can treat their most loyal customers like this. They have no sense of humanity or caring at all, and when their system makes a mistake, the customer is punished and ignored.

ROCKSTAR GAMES and Everyone who works for that company should feel Ashamed for the way your company and help desk is run and how the representatives at the help desk treat your customers, it's absolutely appalling.

I spoke with Victoria and Christine and both of them read me the same thing and then hung up on me, after denying me a supervisor.

All the gta are a cool crazy I collected all the gta ke they came out also for the pc I adore you I hope ke you will leave GTA 6 soon because I am no longer in the skin when I grow up I would like to work with you !!!!!!!!!! !!!!

i believe that rockstar has forgotten about there value of the consumers who buy there house there food and there high powered super cars
reason of me saying this is that there game grand theft auto has come from awesome to a rip off
i will play for hours at end or spend 100$ on a 8000000 dollar shark card and buy a business or 2 buy some cars and some guns and in about five minutes of doing so that 8 mil is nothing

what is the point of paying 2 million dollars when i still get charged rent
i buy a business a bunker and i get charged rent why is that .
i never saw a for rent on dynasty .
if you would want my truthful statement rockstar has 2 very big mistakes
that they can be sewed for and that one sew may turn into a class action law suit
i wont get into details but if they don't start treating this game as a game and not a monopoly and pay and i do mean pay a respectful thankyou to there gamers there paychecks than the law suit may happen
i am tired of rockstar allowing cyber bullying to happen and i am tired of
having to play on public sessions with ass holes who constantly reck my chances of making some money after all the investments i put in and still not making a bloody worthy dime
because rockstar wants me to be on public sessions in order to source cars on finance and felony in order to sell my bunker supplies and finance
and felony cars

Dear rock star.
Your game is AMAZING!! but i would wish for some changes.
Maybe you could think about it
1. Make the game like realife make the players pick which way they would like to be criminal/ police force/ emt/ fireman/ any job to make money
2. make the police able to arrest you first and not just kill (unless its necessary)
3. allow kids to pant there buzzards/ jets/ monster trucks/ ec.
4. make cops not come on you for fighting with other players only if kill pudestrians/ steal car rob bank ec.
5. heist
make some new stuff for ps3 such as the jobs like being police officer or anything that you can.
All in all could you make the game more realistic
But other then those changes (please do some) your game is amazing!!

R* is the best gaming company ever i really love their games and i highly recommend to you to buy every new or old game they have in store ;)

GTA V was really cool so far but there still lacks the lan mode in the multiplayer.
