I love gta 5 so much but I can't earn enough money for the bunker and the new vehicles can anyone give me some tips. I love the GTA games, and I have played GTA 3, GTA VC, GTA SA, GTA CTW, and GTA 5. But in online please stop the NPC characters from calling my phone, as it is too annoying and it is ruining the game.

I use to play GTA5 on my xbox360 and loved it. I got pretty far into the online game play but I stopped after I got an xbox1 because I couldnt afford to buy the game again. I was able to buy the game last night on my xbox1 and I was really excited to transfer my old account from my xbox360 to my xbox1 but I found out from their customer service department that I can no longer transfer my account. That is the whole reason I bought the game and when I asked if I could get a refund on it they said no. I think it's pretty stupid they don't allow their paying customers to transfer their accounts over anymore. And they won't even give me a refund so now I have a $60 like five year old game that is not ever going to be used

When I try to get on GTA online it says your character does not have permission to play GTA online I'm starting to get mad all I want to do is make money and I can't do that if I can't get online I need answers

Terrible customer service never cared to actually fix my problem. Had someone hang up on me and took being transfered twice to even get an apology i spent 600 bucks on shark cards and they dont even care about theyre customers will never do business with rockstar again

Non existent tech support. I am waiting for mine problem to be solved for more than week already.

The game has a lot of cheating, the company does not manage

They suspended my GTA 5 account for no reason and allow modders and cheaters to ruin the game will lose over 1k of hard earned cash on character reset due to this i will not recommend this company or there products to anyone Game is great though but the anti cheat system is broke punishing legitimate players while hackers laugh and continue to exploit the game. and also was going to get RR ill pass they lost a customer for life and ill make sure all my friends and family will never give rockstar a penny.

Second time they have released a broken title in 1.5 years. I've bought the same game GTA V twice, for Xbox 360 / ONE. Both releases have failed and left my game unplayable.

Rockstar runs a fake rockstarsupport where they send customers on the run around with automated dispatch of outdated fixes.

Rockstar is one the scummiest, slimiest companies trying to run with EA for worst company of the year. They have horrible development cycles, and laughable QA.

This is what happens with millennials take over the Software Development world.

Just completed in GTA5 in less than a week. I feel there should be more missions and excitement is money cheats like the old GTA!!! So what are these guys doing by ripping people off over a new game which came out in September 2013 I think! It only feels like 69 missions and less fun to place make it more exciting for GTA 6 make improvements if you can't think of anything get messaging the public views my best advice listen and get ideas to improve

Everything has been damaged with so many things at extremely high prices

Spent REAL MONEY on the game and items IN GAME and after weeks have still not received them even after going through their "customer support" which was NOT helpful at all, every time it was the same robot response. Rockstar is quickly proving they're just thieves who once they have your money, they don't have any obligation to correct THEIR mistakes.

It doesn't work and when it does it only let's me play for 2mins then u try to call rockstar they don't pick up they probably in the bathroom with each other having fun.

They dont care about their customers, the phone number is just to simply speak about the business aspect of things not customer support as stated in their nice little automated messaging service and detour you to a terrible online customer service help center that doesnt actually help you at all!!!!

You guys should add tow trucks in online and fix your servers because I can't even join a public session and I have a cocaine lockup and a weed farm to deal with and I can't get supplies or sell them

They don t care about their community in the slightest, they lost half of the gta community today including myself after being account wiped just over a little glitch in their game

i like your game GTAV very much but what the deal with no cursing text message to other players now if you really are concerned about fowl language maybe you should clean up the language used on the streets in the game they have nothing on my mouth . DONT BE A HYPOCRITE , ITS OK FOR YOU TO INDULGE IN HYPOCRISY BUT NOT THE PEOPLE WHO PAY FOR YOUR GAME AND YOU HAVE RESTRICTIONS NO BUENO

Every time I try calling it says please wait while we get the support team and then he keeps repeating and then nothing happens.

I love the game but I was on level 56 and got hacked down to level 7 and rockstar still has done nothing about it!

I'm so excited to call rockstar games but I can't call them without the permission.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE BEST GAME THEY EVER MADE (the warriors) HAS NEVER HAD A PART 2 OR EVEN A REMASTERED VERSION FOR 7 or 8 GENERATION CONSOLES! YOU GUYS SUCK UNTIL THE WARRIORS GETS REMASTERED OR A SEQUEL FOR IT AIRS!
