Shelley is amazing, the main reason we love coming here! The pool and fire pit make for a wonderful day and evening.

Stay here! You will not be disappointed. A wonderful experience with such nice staff.

Much nicer on the pictures that it is. No good breakfast, the pool area is ok, the rooms are very old and never renovated.

This was a great experience for our family. It was a perfect place to enjoy some R&R.

They had a really good photographer. While it wasn t photoshopped or even misleading it was certainly not as new or colorful as the pictures made it look. We went during off-season so things naturally are not as colorful as the pictures we saw. No biggie.

While on business or something I would prefer a nicer hotel...for a family place it was perfectly ideal. Clean, simple, safe and fun. We will definitely go again. Would probably not pay premium prices, but off-season for a discount it s solid .

Pool was good, the breakfast was excellent, and the gym was well-equipped.

This place was great. Spent the night by the fire making friends. Will be back.

Beautiful hotel room and pool hall! The staff are always so sweet here too. My favorite place to go get away for a night or two.

We highly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace at night and swimming in the indoor pool. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, great service. My husband and I needed a break from housework and the isolation of COVID, and desperately needed a stay-cation. We felt really safe, so appreciated the complimentary breakfast, and the heated, indoor pool was clutch. Would definitely go back.

Visited for a wedding and stayed in the hotel. Nice hotel no complaints offered shuttle service as well. Easy access to the hotel in the main part of town and staff was excellent.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Probably the best night's sleep on a hotel bed that I've had. Staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable place. Unfortunately our room pointed to the fireplace area which was a bit louder the ladt night. Otherwise ok.

Very cozy and clean rooms. Typical amenities for an inn. Nice pool area and fire pit. Only six minutes from Gloucester.

Very friendly staff and nice hotel. The pool & hot tub were great break from the frigid winter weather.

Very nice resort. Hot tub, pool. Rooms were clean. Close to the small town. Driving distance. About 15 to 20 min walk. Some bedsheets had small stains. Management needs to be on top of housekeeping to not use them. Also, AC thermostat wasn't functioning well. Overall fair value.

Such a lovely stay! The location is great, the pool is a nice perk, and the King suite is two floors. It was perfect for a quick family getaway with our pup and toddler. Would definitely stay again.

Although under remodeling procedures, this place is well kept, very nice inside and out. New owner is spending some bank on his and ours future. A beautiful property. Well maintained with knowledgeable, professional, helpful staff. Most of the rooms are accessible from outside, more like apartments,alloeing for more privacy and allowing for a more "at home" feeling. The room was immaculate and the courtyard was spacious, modern and comfortable, with a number of outdoor furniture options and a large fire pit. Adorned with large hearers, our evening spent outside in the beginning of November was cozy and comfortable. Stay at the Rockport Inn and Suites. You'll be glad you did.

I spent one night at the Rockport Inn and Suites and was very pleased. It was a great location, right across from a large free parking lot where you can access the Rockport shuttle to avoid having to drive and find parking downtown. We had one plumbing issue while at the hotel and they sent someone immediately to look at it when we notified the front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cute place, nice people both behind the desk & clean crew. Only complaint was the shower curtain smelled moldy. Otherwise very clean. They did the best that can be done with a continental breakfast during COVID-19. Nice selection of packaged foods and all were very good.

Comfortable and quiet. Liked the outside amenities such as Cornhole, fire pit, barbeque grill with table's and plenty of seating.

Nice hotel. Not a far walk from the ocean. But the internet was horrible.

I have been taking weekend classes that are held in this motel for over 15 yrs. I like that you can walk into downtown Rockport from the motel because driving and parking in the tiny-street downtown is eliminated. They serve an excellent buffet breakfast, the rooms are clean and the property well kept up. Most importantly the staff is excellent. Friendly, helpful, and polite. I continue to stay here after all these years when I come for the classes because I get the best value for my dollar. There are no views from the motel.

Attended a wedding nearby the hotel. Hotel was near everything I needed. Clean. Well kept. Staff was attentive and kind. Went out of their way to be helpful.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff and s very quiet location. We were there for a wedding and since some of the rooms were partying at night, we were worried about noise. However, the rooms are extremely sound proof and comfortable.

Some areas of the inn were under construction during my stay. Despite that, we enjoyed the renovated room we got. And it was a peaceful 20 minute walk into Rockport's town center.

Motel is located near busy road. I most worried about the noise of passing cars up to 11pm, then it resumes about after 5 o'clock in the morning.

The waitstaff was very kind and helpful. The location was nice but this place overall didn't seem to match the expectations I have from other hotel chains.

Clean, but over priced. Heard a lot of noise from rooms on each side. Impossible to check in early even if you offer to pay for early check-in. I would return only if there's no other options.

Comfortable, very nice. Close to the downtown shopping district.

I've stayed at the Rockport Inn and Suites about 4 or 5 times now and this past visit was not as good as my previous ones. It could be just the room 307 that we stayed in but the hot water in the bathroom faucet just trickled out very frustrating when trying to wash your hands or shave when you need hot water.
Also the heater was really annoying, the room got so warm we slept with the window open every night and we had the heater OFF but it would still turn on saying FP and heat the room so warm it was unpleasant to sleep???
Staff is always great and friendly maybe we just got a bad room this stay. Let's hope you listen to the feedback and fix the issues .

UPDATE:
Upon checking out management was apologetic and made everything right , I look forward to my next stay at the Rockport Inn and Suites .

After check out I found that the hotel charged me twice and then when I called about it they took a long time to respond properly and then told me there was no record of me staying there. I had to tell them my room number and time of checkout before they finally "found" my reservation.

They finally told me they would refund me but so far have yet to provide any tangible proof that they actually did it i.e. transaction number, paper proof. so far I expect there to be more issues with the refund.

She then told me it happens all the time. Which other hotel never charge you twice and deny of you having stayed. My advice would be to make sure to get a paper receipt whenever you give them your card.

Took a chance when I booked this hotel on Priceline. Many Bed and Breakfast in Rockport, Ma. Wanted privacy and a modern hotel room within close proximity of Bearskin Neck in Rockport. All the features of a modern hotel inn. Very nice breakfast , similar what u get at hamptons. Definitely going back.

Great hotel, comfortable bed/rooms, clean with nice big breakfast room with free Continental breakfast. Not a ton for options but what they did have was good. Didn't get a chance to use the pool/fire pit, but they looked nice!

I paid for a week and left the same night.staff was terrible place was absolutely filthy and when I asked them when my 700$ refund would be back still waiting they said they sent it to my bank already and my bank has no transfer from them they are thief s and lie. Never stay here

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Close enough to downtown - 2 minutes to ocean. The little village close down early in the off-season. Beautiful nonetheless.

Excellent place to stay . Spacious clean rooms, indoor pool, in house breakfast. Close to bears neck and beaches

Booked 2 nights. Was given a handicapped room with no counter space and a cracked sink. "Glued back together" I also found beer bottle caps, a water bottle and a Pepsi bottle under the bed, while looking for the television remote I had dropped. The staff was friendly and the free continental breakfast was great. The pool/ hot tub area is very relaxing and taken care of nicely. The gas fire pit was also very nice.

Clean, modern rooms, large indoor pool, patio and fire pits, spacious light breakfast area, snack, drink, and sundries area, minutes away from Rockport and Gloucester. Moderately priced. Roms contain the usual amenities, fridge, Iron, and board, hair dryer and bath supplies, wide screen tv and bath items...

Room was very clean with 2 queen size beds with a great view of the patio and pool area. Would recomend and stay again.

Maid staff deserves a raise! Rooms were some of cleanest hotel rooms I ve seen, and super comfy beds with big flatscreen TVs. Front desk staff is also super nice and helpful. Fire pit is gorgeous and so relaxing, and pool is nice as well. Only bummer is that they filled in the hottub :( Might be a good idea for them to update that in their online pics! Overall great place and great value!

Beautiful rooms and a lively atmosphere. Walking distance to beautiful downtown Rockport. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay to friends.

This place was a lot of fun! We loved the pool which was nice and warm and plenty of clean towels. The continental breakfast had all the goodies even for the picky eater kids! Very close to downtown and very clean would recommend!

Really unique place. A lot of the buildings are arranged on different levels with cute walkways between them, I've never seen something like it before. Has a nice indoor pool and tennis courts. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Loved the room/suite, loved the pool and outdoor fire feature to sit around!! The atmosphere is wonderful! The only negative is their continental breakfast was lousy with little variety or taste. I wish they had kept the restaurant that used to be there. Otherwise, love this place!

The place is awesome. Great place to stay if you want to look around cape Ann.

I was at the Rockport Inn & Suites to attend my sister's wedding. The rooms were clean and spacious. The layout of the rooms was a bit hard to navigate, but I figured it out after a bit, lots of back and forth for wedding stuff. The room keys stopped working at one point, but our room was easy to break into. Just open the windows, the screens didn't lock, and go in through the window. Terrible security flaw, but good when you're locked out and need your comfy shoes. I broke into a hotel room wearing a tuxedo, so all in all pretty good place.

Very professional staff. Comfy beds. Good breakfast.

Rooms and location are great. Pool was closed one day which was tough with 2 kids. Easy walk downtown.

Really nice, clean hotel, with modern rooms and beautiful indoor pool & hot tub and outdoor area! Continental breakfast (to go right now), nice dining area, free coffee and tea all day (until midnight), with small shop where you can buy food and bottled drinks and small, local made gifts! Room had fridge & coffee machine included (there are hotels where you have to pay extra to have a small fridge in your room), comfortable beds, cable tv. Location of hotel is between Gloucester and downtown Rockport /Bearskin Neck, so driving to either area is easy. I wish we got a room here for our entire trip, much nicer than other hotels we stayed at in the area, and very reasonably priced! Very helpful and nice staff!

I just come to swim often, I like it very much, it s clean, sanitary conditions are very good, the staff are very nice. recommend you to swim

I spent some time at the Rockport Inn & Suites while I was styling a wedding party. The rooms were clean, staff was courteous, and the premises were pretty. The rooms were a bit over priced, in my opinion though.

What a lovely place! The Staff Members where more than AMAZING!. Clean, quite and most of all relaxing place. I look forward to returning for my next weekend get a way.

The staff was friendly and there was a very nice pool and outdoor area. The room was small and the bathroom smaller. We also had a drunk man who threw up on himself trying to get into our room around 1am, but that isn't the hotel's fault, just bad luck.

Service was very welcoming and helpful. The pool and outdoor lounge area was very lovely and relaxing.
