Amazing wedding space. Quick on their feet when it started down pouring as well.

I think the place was a great place to have a nice wedding everything inside the area no in and out traveling for people who already had traveled miles away from home. They were able to actually get inside and stay. It was a smart choice of a place to have a wedding.

Julie, an even coordinator, was very unprofessional. She turned the lights off and kicked myself and bridal party out of the venue during the rehearsal for my wedding. This was after I explained to her that we wanted to run through the ceremony once more. Julie was also late to the venue on the day of my wedding. I had to communicate with vendors while I was supposed to be getting ready. When she did show up she rushed me to begin the ceremony although it was not time to begin. She also overcharged us for several items on our wedding night. I had to handle this matter with her manager upon returning from our honeymoon. After speaking with the manager, our money was refunded for being overcharged; however, we never saw or heard an apology from Julie. The venue is beautiful but it's not worth the trouble and unprofessionalism that we experienced. The service did not match the amount of money we spent here. I will never have another event at Rock Springs.

Our wedding was absolutely incredible because of Becca (venue coordinator) and staff at Rock Springs. I couldn t have imagined anything better for our special day. This is a venue where you get everything in one place. They have the ceremony & reception site, equipment rentals, delicious food and alcohol. They make it so convenient. The day of went so smooth. They go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. You won t regret it.

Rock Spring yet again did not disappoint! Went there for a friend's wedding the stag was phenomenal! Amy did a wonderful job coordinating!

Beautiful facility and a very attentive staff. The food we had was excellent.

This is an awesome wedding venue because of the location, building and staff. I officiated a wedding here and every detail was taken care of.

Wedding was gorgeous. Rock Springs staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. Food was excellent.

Delivered a centerpiece. DEBBIE IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY ACCOMADATING.

Beef was dry and stringy, pretty fatty too. Service better than in the past, though, very attentive. Yummy desserts. Salad a bit boring. All in all just OK, and rather pricey for what we got.

Wedding planing day. Little let down wasn't many vendors there!

I am not familiar with the area. However, I believe that this is popular spot for many to have their events at. I was impressed with the staff from the doorman to the catering. The venue we used was spacious and inviting.

I'm from Denver and came to this establishment for an event. They are as professional as any big city event location with all the warm small town feel. Made us feel at home.

Went here on my Birthday which was Easter Sunday. My family joined us and we had an awesome time. They can accommodate large groups at huge round tables. Food was awesome. The servers were very friendly

Recently had a wedding in August 2020. Our coordinator was Aileen. She's absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and understanding with anything that came up. Staff was very attentive. The food was amazing!!! Thank you so much Aileen and Rock Springs Center for creating experiences we will never forget.

Military Ball for 2018 was held there an it was lovely

The facility is absolutely beautiful & the staff literally does EVERYTHING which took alot of stress off me. The staff is very professional, courteous, & friendly and will do everything in their power to ensure that everything is perfect & that your event runs smoothly!!! Highly recommended!!!

We had an off site event in Hertfod County NC and Shelby Woodard and her team made it an unforgettable affair. The food, decorations and staff was phenomenal.

Every time that I'm blessed to attend an event at this facility, I am never disappointed with the food, decorations, ambiance or the service.

Our wedding was beautiful, we owe it to friends and family plus the great work done by Cheryl at Rock Springs. Although we didn't use the fire pit, we've seen it in action and it's HUGE! Food was also amazing and they worked great with our DJ and photographer

Very nice banquet hall. Staff and servers were friendly and helpful. Table decor was very nice. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the food quality.

I enjoyed a meal from the rock springs catering food truck and it was phenomenal! Absolutely loved it and fairly low price. That said I attended a wedding at their venue a few weeks later and was surprised that in lat may in Greenville this venue hadnt developed even the slightest rain contingency for an outdoor wedding. Suffice to say myself and many others used an abundance of paper towels drying the dripping water from my (pixie short) hair and dress while hoping not to freeze. They improved something eventually but really there should have been some kind of game plan.
