Rock County Job Center Review

Helpful workers, open computers with printers to use, and free classes.

The facility is clean and the staff are kind. The resources are free and the databases are useful. In addition the classes have been useful in the past. If you need Internet access to complete job searches, the Rock County Job Center is the place to go.

The Job center is unbelivably helpful in helping prepair for and getting jobs.

MY ONLY MAJOR COMPLAINT IS THAT PEOPLE COME THERE FOR A SERIES OF THINGS, JOB TRAINING, JOB APPLICATIONS AND OR BUILDING COVER LETTERS & RESUMES AND IT IS HARD TO CONCENTRATE WHEN RUDE PEOPLE R EITHER TALKING ON CELL PHONES, OR THEY RING, OR THEY TALK VERY LOUD WITH THE PEOPLE they came with. The personal behind the desk used to be very mindful of others working on computers & the loudness. I don't know what happened but they dont care anymore I've been there several days when i had to leave because of the noise, WHAT happened to the consideration of others... I've stopped coming there because of the noise..

these people are very unprofessional however and its not so much the staff its the supervisor that doesn't know anything she lies and about things and giving makes women in charge look bad they abuse the authority however the one years ago was allot better then the one now.

The staff has always been super nice, polite and helpful!!!

I recently attended a job fair here as an employer. The staff was very polite and helpful and I was able to find some great people to add to my staff. The event was done wonderfully.
