Rochester psychiatric center Review

I wasn t sure if I needed to be admitted but they insisted I was crazy and would benefit from treatment at their facility. I found the cold water dunk tanks very therapeutic. The shock therapy was also very helpful. Thanks RPC!

my autistic brother has suffered, and been ovely drugged by these people.we need help to get him home.lawyers if they say he compdent they can do nothing.he not he is sweet kind and cant understand they are experimenting drug wise on him. they are useless go to catholic family center if u need help grade a place that truly cares. I would like to add to this. My is at DePaul Conerstone which is in the hospital but not affiliated with it's actually care center for the elderly and sick. I never heard or seen anything questionable about the hosiptal. DePaul Cornstone is a separate enity. They are located through out Rochester and suppository take care of our mentally ill. Truly I think their soul purpose is to keep them there. My autistic brother has a beautiful home that was bought for him in summerville irondiquet ny. Sorry if I confused any one.

I had an amazing experience here. The doctors really listened and got me on the right meds. I have since gotten a car and a house and my kids are moving back in with me. I am sad to hear that they are closing Mental Health floors and transitioning to only forensics. Thank you ALL for playing your part in an amazing MIRACLE in my family.

Staff arrogant and opressive toward patients. Patient confidentiality flaggratly violated . Non assaultive patient shakled in chains and cuffs both hands and feet escorted into court by Rochester Psych staff wearing jacket with facility name across back. Her name tag with her facility logo. This is a HIPPA violation. Violation of patients right to privacy. Staff person was not dressed professionally, she looked like a garish clown yellow hair pink sneakers 3 sets of earrings ea ear and long claw like finger nails painted in multi colours.

I worked at RPC for 4 years doing housekeeping, some of the people in just played crazy just to get an SSI check.

I was in there me and my homie bob from floor 12 would play some checkers till he got his daily electric shock therapy he was always diffrent after and I always won in checkers
