Non assaultive patient shakled in chains and cuffs both hands and feet escorted into court by Rochester Psych staff wearing jacket with facility name across back. Her name tag with her facility logo. This is a HIPPA violation. Violation of patients right to privacy. Staff person was not dressed professionally, she looked like a garish clown yellow hair pink sneakers 3 sets of earrings ea ear and long claw like finger nails painted in multi colours.
