Trash drug company, killed tons of people. CEO was just found guilty, facing life in prison.

Poor ethics at this company. Don't do business with them if you can help it.

When you read the statement of facts that they had to agree to as part of the settlement with the SDNY and compare it to their press release regarding the settlement, you can see that they have not fully accepted their blame and are still bad actors.

The statement of facts lists their transgressions in a lengthy and detailed document. Their press release characterizes what happened as "mistakes" and said that they, "did not anticipate,nor were we prepared for, this dramatic increase in opioid prescription volume. The entire industry has been affected. They clearly want to cast themselves as a collateral victim of the epidemic rather than intentionally violating the law for profit.

In the world of pharma, when a company uses the term, "world-class compliance program"' they are focusing on making a show for the government. It's a term that has no meaning as opposed to saying they will have a comprehensive and effective compliance program.

For the company to change, the entire leadership including the board and the CFO need to be replaced, not just the CEO.

They are the worst company out there, they are trying to ruin peoples minds with their drugs, they are drug dealers in 3 piece suits that need to be shut down, all the staff members are terribly rude. 0 stars

killing innocent people, addicting them and now they're facing the same charges as drug cartels. the Karma that will come for breaking innocent lives and the trust the people have put in them, they will not be prepared for.

Drug dealers in suits. Can't believe the CEO is facing a minimum of only ten years when so many drug users are serving mandatory minimums of ten years. Surely the cartel boss should face life and nothing less.
