this clinic is fantastic. I have been to other chiropractors and Rochester chiropractic exceeds them in all aspects: compassion, knowledge, and customer service. Every department has been extremely helpful: from the doctors to the massage therapists, even the front desk and billing department have been helpful and thorough. They accept most insurances and are willing to work with patients financially to help them get the care they need for optimum health. So thankful for this wonderful group.

I have been a patient here since 1998! It's worth the half hour drive to see doctors I know and trust. All five of my children are also patients here. I received adjustments and support from RCC during my pregnancies, which was a lifesaver! The staff goes out of its way to work with your busy schedule, help with insurance issues, etc. The massage therapists are talented, educated and do a fabulous job. A few years ago, I tried going somewhere closer to home but changed back to RCC. It feels like home. Dr. Canu is a blessing to many!

The doctors are wonderful and very helpful! However the support staff, specifically the billing department are inexperienced and unprofessional. For over 2 years they have consistently billed insurance incorrectly after many calls and face to face there are still issues. If you are using insurance I advise you to find another doctor. The billing department is aggressive, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. We are switching to a clinic where the paitince is turkey respected by the doctor and staff.

I just love Rochester Chiropractic Clinic. All the doctors are wonderful and the staff is the best. I have been going there for three years and it has been a great experience. I was afraid of going and I told Dr. Joe my concerns. We talked about the plan he had for me and then he prayed with me. They have all kinds of different techniques and if you don't like one thing they will try something else. I have 3 family members going to them and some friends and everyone loves the place. Marci

So glad I found this Clinic. When I 1st started I was twisted like a pretzel and in lots of pain from the Army. Not anymore thanks to Dr. Paul. He was the 1st doctor to treat my whole body not just my back. The whole staff are nice and pleasant. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

I've always been skeptical of chiropractors my entire life but Dr. Melissa changed my opinion on that for good. The empathy and professionalism she shows is so appreciated. The wonders she has worked on my lower back and sciatica nerve has been incredible. I highly recommend giving her a chance. For her it's about healing and not the almighty dollar. A special shout out to the entire staff who rock at what they do. THANK YOU!

I've been treated here for years and I'm blown away by the accuracy and efficiency of the office. They are fast, but more importantly I leave feeling great every time. Dr. Paul is my go-to and he has helped with everything from blocked nerves, to colds to GI issues. If I could make this a 10-star review I would.

This establishment has wonderful staff, is very family oriented, and has excellent service. I have been going here for years and couldnt be happier with the fantastic doctors! I will NEVER go to another chiropractor, since I've found such an awesome enviroment...they're like family!
